7-Eleven

I stopped by for a quick breakfast last Tuesday morning on my way to a meeting. Unbeknownst to me, my iPhone X slipped out of my sweater in the store. When I arrived across town, I discovered that my phone was missing. I called the store immediately and was told that a customer found my phone and gave it to the store employee or manager (first initial “N”). He held my phone for me until I was able to pick it up an hour later. I was so grateful to “N” for holding my phone that I offered him money for returning it to me. He refused it. The employees at this store have always been courteous to me. Needless to say, I will be a customer at this 7-ELEVEN store for life.

7-Eleven has been a saving grace during Covid-19 with ample supplies of essential goods as well as hand sanitizer, masks, and cleaning products. Their staff is helpful and friendly.

Its 7-11. But it's run by my friend and he is a stand up person.

Ok store srpd hangs out there as its near san rafaels skid row lots of panhandlers and drunks druggies and scruffies
But they are mostly harmeless

Full of homeless people screaming sitting outside very down and out area of San Rafael guys outside with wagons trying to sell merchandise rather unpleasant.
there’s enough going on with this particular store that it might be nice that you don’t have to be hassled when you walk in the door for somebody trying to sell their merchandise out of a wagon. I also think that whoever’s working there should ask them to leave obviously they have some kind of permission to be there. Is this what you want in the front of your store?

The clerk didn't give me my change even when I asked anyway very scummy. This 711 is full of scumbags robbing the poor and homeless

Negative stars for employee sanctioned card skimming the county confirmed to me after my complaint that there were skimmers installed at this location

So I went in today trying to add money in my cash app and the lady try charging me 5 dollars to add money in my card never have I paid to add money in my card they try to scam me never coming back here again

I'm a 7-eleven type guy. I've been to many of them throughout California. This one - that ranks top-5-closest-to-home is my number 1 pick for sketchiest.

Broken machines, poorly cleaned surfaces, and bad service.

Do not like the people that work there at 7:11 they're very rude and arrogant they do not treat their customers very well at all

Clerk tried to give me back the wrong change, isnt the first time....

Garbage products, people And service. Go ANYWHERE ELSE!
