David Wong - State Farm Insurance Agent

David Wong, my insurance agent with State Farm, is fantastic along with his wife Priscilla. Now he’s gone one step further, and he’s hired a wonderful lady named Roxy in Alabama to cover certain things that she specializes in to give his customer the best of service.
I had a wonderful experience and feel very comfortable now with what is to transpire.
I was not at fault, and they are going to take care of what I have to do every step of the way. I have an appointment with the body shop and then I have to go back to drop the car off since it is drivable and then they will have set up a rental car for me as soon as I let them know When I will need the car. No worries. Life can be stressful enough, and I think that my agent and his staff do their best to make everything go smoothly, especially when it was no fault of your own. Way to go!

I’ve been working with David Wong and his team for years and they are absolutely incredible. I’d like to call out Amanda Prill, on David’s team, who recently helped us with a move we were considering and evaluated all our various insurance options. Amanda, like David, is knowledgeable and provides incredible advice and timely communication. Highly recommend this team.

I called Amanda in David Wong’s office this morning in a total panic because Nationwide dropped my home and auto insurance, as they are doing in all of California. Amanda was amazing and answers the phone at 7:45am to help me! Within 20 minutes, I had auto insurance again. She was so thoughtful and helpful and walked me through getting set up online. I really appreciated all of her attention and help. I highly recommend this office!!

Amanda Prill provided excellent service today in support of my need to add a newly purchased car coverage after discussing coverages and deductibles, plus she helped me find a discount and maybe more for an existing fire policy. Good work Amanda!

I have worked with Priscilla at David Wong - State Farm Insurance for the last six months and am extremely satisfied with her service, professionalism, and ability to get results. My aunt has had property and other types of insurance at State Farm in Mill Valley for many years. When she passed away last year, it looked like insurance on her two properties would not get renewed. Everyone knows how difficult the California insurance market is right now. Priscilla took the time and really listened to our situation, and was able to successfully extend long-standing coverage with State Farm. I can't express the feeling of relief I had knowing that insurance would not be dropped. I credit Priscilla with her hard work and determination helping us remain insured. I had the most biggest issue with a payment (due to someone with multiple tickets) and Amanda Prill helped me deal with payment plan that was suitable for me. I had my voice raised in the beginning because of how stressed I was and the patience she had I cannot thank Amanda enough for everything she did today, she is definitely the best and I recommend if you call this office for insurance ask to speak to Amanda Prill.

I've been very happy since moving my service from Farmer's to State Farm with David Wong's office. There is always a person (not a bot) to answer the calls and my questions. The answers always seem to be at their finger tips as was my experience today with Tremaine Freese ! Five stars!

I cannot recommend David Wong State Farm enough - I have been with him since I moved to CA from the East Coast 12 years ago. He has always been super responsive, gets back to me quickly, and explains insurance in a very understanding way.
