What a friendly staff! Devanshi, especially, was so sweet and helpful. We live over 6 hours away and she made us feel very welcome and special. She helped me with a shoe purchase, a purse and wallet purchase! The other staff members we spoke with were all pleasant and helpful, as well! Thank you for a great experience :)

When I am buying stuff online on macys, I don't really care about the brand. But at some point, I realized that most of them are Michael Kors. I checked this store in San Francisco. Really impressive 👏 wish they could have a bigger man section ))

We weren't planning on doing any shopping in particular, but decided to stop in just to look at what's new. My wife and I both saw 2 pairs of sneakers that we thought would look great on her and snatched them up. Both of the guys working this morning had great customer service. They weren't pushy but were very helpful and had great energy that made our shopping experience fantastic. Definitely a great store with great staff

I want to thank my new best friend Nhan ;) for helping me choose my new favorite MK backpack! Nhan was so helpful and very sweet. he took time to help me decide which bag I wanted and helped me get my first MK watch last year. I love my new limited edition watch . Nhan deserves a raise and I can't wait to be helped by Nhan again for a new purse!

I know this is a late post but I went shopping 8/21/2022 and had a pleasant time. Shot out to my girl JUTANA Sales Associate at the San Francisco Centre Michael Kors....She was great she awesome...Jutana took the time out to fine clothes in my size and even style them for me.. I just want to tell her I appreciate her.. I thank her for being to nice and kind to me.. She Rock!!!!!!! Best sales associate I ever met Just great personality....

Great selection and even better service. Staff was very attentive and helped us with all our needs even though the were quite busy because of the holidays. If looking for lux handbags, purses or jewelery this is the place to go. I went in to but a smartwatch, which they were able to fit to my wrist, twice. The watch is amazing and I'm so glad I went to the store instead of buying it online.

I have waited many years to purchase my first Michael Kors purse! I was so excited to get one. After a month, one of the straps started falling apart. Andrew, the store manager was wonderful. Normal policy is to ship it out to be repaired under warranty but he made an exception for me and gave me a new purse on the spot! I am so pleased! Thank you Andrew!

I like Michael kors the person ho help me was very nice i almost live wen he comes to tell me that they have a sale and i bought too purse for my daughter for Christmas and I'll go back for more. Quality materials thanks. God bless you all

Small designer selection, which is great. No room packed with items you have no interest in wearing. Knowledgeable staff, friendly service. And Michael does the rest.

Great customer service and selection. Tip- ask for different colors of there's something you'd like in a different color- they have more in the back.
