Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Muhammad was wonderful. I needed my car on Dec 23rd, but unfortunately they were out of cars due to the holidays. He was able to find us a car at another Enterprise nearby and I was not inconvenienced. Such wonderful and attentive customer service. Greatly recommend it.

This review is long overdue!!!! In September I needed a car for an overnight trip. I went to Enterprise in Las Cruces. I went to the office and met with Carlo. I explained where I was going and what I would be doing. He went over thoroughly the best option for me. I made the reservation and departed very informed and confident in the choices I had made. On the day of rental, I returned and made contact with Dalton. He was more than glad to help me and continued with the great customer service I had received on my prior visit. We went over the inspection on "my" rental and I was off. The following day I returned and was lucky enough to meet with Carlo once again for the return. I am very grateful that these two gentleman were there to make the process very easy. I will be asking for them on my next need for a rental. As I said before, this recognition is overdue but very much appreciated. Thank You both.

Abel was really great!! Super helpful and amazing customer service. He made returning the vehicle super easy and non complicated. Would use their service again in the near future for this reason alone. Highly recommend this place for rentals.

I enjoy renting my vehicles from Enterprise because they are always reliable and stand behind their vehicles. I really enjoy having the Chevrolet and GMC's and also other vehicles but what does is gives me a chance to test drive vehicles that I may be interested in purchasing.

The Enterprise location on Valley in Las Cruces,NM has the nicest employees ever ! Mngr Chris is awesome!! Everyone was beyond helpful and they all have the greatest attitudes!! Keep up the great work ya’ll!! I will definitely be back!!

Had a fantastic experience with the Enterprise team at this store. Both the check-in and check-out processes were smooth and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Due to the busy season, vehicles were limited and it appears they let every online booking through even if there are not enough vehicles, so be sure to make your reservations ahead of time, you can even go a step further by giving them a call to ensure there's actually a vehicle for you before you show up at the store. Besides that, I was really pleased with the service and I commend it to anyone reading this review.

I pick up and return a rental car weekly at this location. All the representatives are prompt, professional, friendly, and customer service oriented. I often receive a follow up satisfaction call. 5 stars because I observe the crew with other customers twice each week and the same professional service is apparent, even when the customer is a bit unruly. Highest recommendation.

We had a great experience. We originally rented a van and wanted to pick it up a day early, but it wasn't ready.
