Primary Health Care Medical - West Side

I initially had a appointment scheduled for the 21st of April, but requested that they put me on their cancellation list, they called me back the very next day with a opening. I Had a really good experience here. Doctor Julie Nguyen is very nice and knowledgeable. She takes her time and listens to you, she will recommend the best care for you. Will continue to see her. She made me feel very comfortable and answered all of my questions. The front office staff is very friendly and nice as well. Thank you!

I had a great experience at this clinic and loved the nurse practitioner I saw. All the staff were attentive and it felt like they cared about the patients coming to the clinic.

I’ve had a good experience with PHC, despite the bad reviews. Never on hold more than 10-15 min and my primary physician visits are always worthwhile. Appointments are affordable. Only had one experience where I was waiting to be seen for a long time but doctors getting busy is not exclusive to this location.

If you're transgender or gender non-conforming, beware of Dr. Alan Bollinger, DO from the Addiction Medicine department. He trailed off from a counseling discussion midway to make a conversion therapy argument.

They used to be great. Last 3-6 months - TERRIBLE! Over a week of trying, on hold sometimes over 25 minutes a couple times a day, 17min., 14 min., 9 min & finally got thru to make appt. RIDICULOUS! My Dr. is no longer there, was never informed. Only 1 doctor available now? I don't know what happened but I would highly recommend going elsewhere!

We were sent there by provider search through my daughters insurance, best they had to offer. Told to show up @ 2:00 because they would see walk in’s at 2:30. Got there and were told they didn’t have any walk in spots left. ??? Then after they saw she was crying in pain let her see a nurse, she check for one thing and gave her meds. She ended up going to hospital in near kidney failure because apparently they checked for UTI with a test strip I could have bought at CVS. The man at the desk also clearly hates his job. Seemed annoyed by everyone.

Worst experience. Would NEVER recommend this place. On Monday went to be checked out for flu symptoms. They wouldn’t even see us. They ONLY thing they did was give us a covid test and told us to go home and take theraflu and advil 😳 uh, what???? They said the test results would take 3-5 days. Well it’s now Sunday and WE STILL DONT HAVE RESULTS. This place is a joke. Do not go here!!!!

Terrible service. It’s been about 2 weeks of poor and inaccurate communication. Staff hung up on me twice.

The people who are serving the front desk are very rude. They have no courtesy. They treat the public badly all they care about ,is the money.

Very slow and un professional they don't answer phones or call back and the best doctor they had there isn't working there anymore

These ppl literally don't care, they just clock in and send u out the door.

Phone systems d9nt work no one answers the phone.
