I can’t say enough about how wonderful Dr. Freeman and his nurse, Angie were during my husband’s battle with liver cancer. They were always there for us with advice, patience and always gave us an upfront answer to our questions; no matter how difficult the question was. Dr. Freeman was always looking into other avenues that we could try and looked into special cancer studies that were being done. The nurses who administered the chemo were always so kind to us, and made sure that my husband was comfortable. In the end, I still consider them all friends and hold them in the highest regards in my heart.

MercyOne Cancer Center is a wonderful place for patients to go. The staff and doctors are all friendly and supportive and go out of their way above and beyond the call of service.

Doctors the doctors and nurses here have been very kind, caring, and compassionate.

They gave me an unnecessary test which cost $1000 without even letting me know. When I asked why did have to do this test, their first answer was I thought your insurance covered it. It’s clear that I had this test based on my insurance not my body needs.

I complained after I got the bill. Then I got millions of lies and transfers to the different phones that never answered.

Dr Giselle Mery, please alert the name when you have to visit this hospital.

Update on March 1st: after dealing with several different departments of the hospital, I finally got the call from Mery. She just insisted on that there’s nothing wrong with the diagnosis and the lab should take the responsibility to inform me the test.

Steve Abraham, the customer representative who contacted me once, never got the contacted again, no matter through phone call or email.

That’s how the hospital escape from their fault, delay, avoid, kick the can down the road. Nice try Mercy. How dare you call yourself Mercy if that’s how you treat your patient. The god is watching.
