I truly trust these people with my life. From the receptionist to the nurses and a thank you to Dr. Verma and Karen Luken.

This is my second scope with Dr Stacey Roberts. Both times were painless. She explains procedure beforehand and answers any questions you might have before sedation. Pleasant and kind doctor.

My check-in nurse was Wyatt. He was caring and answered many of my pre-procedure questions. Lisa was able to get my IV started with one stick. And Dr. Lehman, is knowledgeable, humorous and open to answer questions before and after procedures! My experience was excellent.

Having medical procedures done is always a bit stressful. The staff here is very friendly and comforting. They all coordinate to get you in a room and set up for your procedure in a timely manner. The Doctor was friendly and informative, and was willing to answer any questions I had.
If I have to get any procedures they offer again, I will request them.

I love Dr Martin. He listens and responds so that you can understand what he’s telling you. He is very caring to his patients. The staff at IDDC is very friendly and helpful. And Dr Martins Nurse/PA is the best.

All the staff was helpful & kind. Registration was done efficiently — Donna is the perfect person to have at the desk for early times. She almost makes you forget why you’re there! Dr was kind & he walked through the procedure.

I have myriad health issues including digestive pain, and I was treated with respect and kindness by nurse Jordan and NP Noelle at the Ankeny office. They listened with concern, showed empathy, answered all my questions, ordered the appropriate tests, and I feel confident we will find the source of my pain and discomfort. Also, I asked follow-up questions via their patient portal and Noelle promptly messaged me back.

Everyone was so nice and helpful. Dr Hendricks is a really caring and professional person. Her nurse and the young lady that took my blood were awesome too. Thankyou all.

I had a hemorrhoidectomy that Dr. Page performed 4 weeks ago. Although I'm still healing Dr. Page and his nurse Shelby have been incredible! He takes his time to answer my questions and calm my anxiety. Shelby has always called me back within an hour to address my concerns. This procedure is scary and a whole lot of pain for the first few weeks that both Dr Page and Shelby told me before hand. As embarrassing as it is it's important to leave a good review when you've been placed in good hands. If your on the fence I hope this review helps. Thanks to both of these incredible people for understanding, patience and sincere concern.

First appt the provider was off and they didn’t try very hard to get a hold of me to let me know so I drove 45 mins to learn she wasn’t in 😡. BUT it was a blessing because I was able to reschedule the following day with Nancy ♥ Nancy is so thorough, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. I felt so much better after our visit.. she is so positive..

Lori and her nurse are wonderful, caring and thorough. I felt very confident I was getting the best care.

Always friendly and caring service from the time you walk into the door until the time you leave the office. Very knowledgeable staff which includes doctors, nurses and medical staff as well. Highly recommend this place if needed.

Melissa Haverson is very informative on my disease. She answered my questions that helped me understand my symptoms. She was kind and very attentive to my needs. Emily her nurse has a great personality and is very good at relaying informative.

Friendly staff on the phone and at IDDC. Doctors and nurses that listen to my concerns and address them before the procedure. Are willing to make adjustments based on needs and doesn’t force their own process on you. I feel that they really care.

Excellent place. The nurses are super nice and know what they are doing. Doctor completed the procedure on time and provided feedback. I would recommend this place.

The doc and staff have helped me through some issues and made me comfortable in the process. They also went out of their way to accommodate me and avoiding what would have been a miserable situation.

The entire experience was positive. The staff is friendly and helpful, Noelle is very thorough in her interview and examination and has a very good way of explaining her recommendations. It was a very good experience.
