Matthew saved the day for me today! My windshield wiper snapped in the cold and I went in totally clueless what to do, Matthew removed the broken parts, helped me find the right replacement, installed them, and was kind to my toddler and made sure she was set while he helped us. So grateful for this location and great employees.

Just stopped in to get an opinion on a bumper scratch and the staff was very honest about how bad it was and what to do next. Very knowledgeable and offered to come outside in the cold and look at it up close.

AutoZone is my favorite local parts store. They seem to always have what I need in stock or can find it in a store near by. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy to find location in Waukee. Join the rewards program. It seems to add up with car parts costing as much as they do. Also watch the online ads for coupons and specials.

Shy employees yet very helpful once I asked a question. Seemed to know quite a bit about car care such as leather protectant, tire shine, protectant, etc which is exactly what I was looking for. So far I've used 2 of the 4 products he suggested and I'm very happy with them even though I was a bit hesitant at first as the brands he suggested weren't all huge name brands or none of the 4 were the same. Not exactly my style but went with his suggestions and I'm happy I did. Good kid/good employee. Wish I knew his name.

Devin B and Paul are true life savers. I called them 10 minutes before they closed on a Friday night due to my headlights not working. I live in Omaha and was driving home that night so I needed my lights to make the 2 hour drive home. They worked with me to finally get them working, in result making them stay an hour and a half past close for it. All though it was a stressful scenario, they made it fun and not so bad. All in all, they have went above and beyond for me to basically save me from driving home in the dark. Thank you so much for helping me, and I hope your boss reads this and gives y’all a raise!

Needed a battery and wiper blades for my sons car. Trinn O was awesome to work with!! Her name tag said “customer satisfaction manager” and she did not disappoint!! She even changed the battery and cleaned off the corrosion from the old one! Helped with the wiper blades too!

Jack and Trinn were very knowledgeable and helpful today. They provided great customer service and I felt they were truly honest with us. We bought what they recommended. Glad we stopped in.

I had to buy new windshield wipers for my 2017 Impreza. Not only did they look up which ones I needed, but put them on for me at no additional charge. Top notch!

Jack helped us with finding what we needed in a timely fashion definitely a great employee who we need more in todays employment world

We have been into the Waukee store several times and Jack has always taken good care of us. He always makes sure that we leave with everything we need and that is the right fit for our vehicle.

Jack is always compassionate w customers. when I come to visit this AutoZone he takes the time to listen and explain to the customers to try to make their fixes better . Highly recommend this AutoZone for all ur needs the crew is great .!! They sometimes may need to order you the part but over all great service in my book ❤ I will continue to come back to this location in waukee Iowa

Store manager (lady with red hair)and older gentleman worker were super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of! Great attitudes and great service! 😁

My battery was bad. I received a charge at work and drove to AutoZone in Waukee. They replaced my battery and windshield wiper blades in a very short time and I was ready to go. A kind and helpful staff.

My husband was stranded with his truck in Iowa!! Jenifer and her staff took amazing care of him!! Thank you for such amazing customer service!!

Went into the store to buy a jump starter to help move my recently passed away uncle’s car. Don was so incredibly helpful, empathetic and knowledgeable when helping us buy the right jump starter and even offered to help more with inspecting the battery this weekend. Every time I come in Jennifer is always so willing to help and explains things as to why and what very well. Love seeing her every time I’m here and I now have a car store I look forward to going to that’s not scary!

My wife's car was having difficulty starting and she called me in a panic on what to do. I told her to head out to Auto Zone on Hickman to check out the battery. Once she got there Brandon and Rodney got started on diagnosing the problem and getting her car back on the road. They worked extremely hard and my wife was impressed with their professionalism & competence. She was back on the road in 30 mins with a new battery and confidence that her car would start without a problem. She has gone there in the past and comments on how helpful they are.
