The staff and Dr.Ducharme are very friendly and knowledgeable. They make every appointment very easy and stress free . I would recommend them to anyone.

The office is very inviting. Front staff and clinical staff were professional. Amy was great at explaining what concerning changes would look like and was informative throughout the appointment.

I have received a few aesthetics procedures including laser hair removal and micro needling. I had wonderful experiences and outstanding customer service from the receptionists to the actual aesthetician. The amount of care from the team went above and beyond what I was expecting. They answered all of my questions in detail and even answered questions when I had any afterwords via text. They sent me home with detailed care instructions and with any samples I needed. They also sent me home with a detailed skin care routine for the future. Everything and everyone was amazing! I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in aesthetics.

I highly recommend Ducharme dermatology practice for many reasons. The scheduling system is efficient and timely. The front desk and medical assistants staff greeted me warmly and promptly. I do suggest clinical staff wear name tags and introduce themselves to new patients. Dr. Ducharme welcomed me, listened to me attentively and performed a thorough skin exam. She walked me through each procedure, explaining key steps plus there was ample time for questions. Overall it was an excellent healthcare experience.

My first visit with Dr. Ducharme was excellent. I arrived early and was taken to the room immediately after completing the consents. Dr. Ducharme saw me immediately after the nurse was complete. She was professional yet personable. I had a few minor/quick things I wanted addressed and she looked at all of them. I felt my concerns/desires were heard and she offered her opinion/expertise. The nurse and front office staff were all great and welcoming. The space was clean and professional but not unwelcoming like some medical spaces can be.

The staff was polite during and after my appointment. I visited with nurse Angela, it was a pleasant interaction and helped me relax before I was seen. After meeting and being seen by Dr. Durcharme, I am thankful my physician recommended them. I would recommend this office to my family, friends and to everyone.

Dr Erin Ducharme and her staff are second to none. I have had multiple skin cancer issues, and without a doubt, I have received the best care possible! From walking into the office, being greeted by the ladies at the front desk, to being diagnosed, I

Very well run operation

First time here so I arrived early. Check in was quick and they had me in a room right away. Angela, my nurse, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She explained everything that was going to happen was what to expect afterwards. Dr. Ducharme was also great. She took the time to look me over and talk about what she found.

If you are looking for a dermatologist this is the place to go.

Dr Ducharme, PA Amy Eschweiler, RN Amanda Hohenadel, and the front staff are all very personable, professional, and efficient. Our experience at their office has been fantastic. When we needed further assistance after our appointment, Amy Hohenadel was quick to respond and answer our questions. Amy is a vital part of their team!

Dr. Ducharme was great when I went in after seeing different dermatologists and doctors to help with my cystic acne. I had been through many different treatments and it was a constant cycle of creams, pills and birth controls. Dr. Ducharme listened to me and we decided the best treatment option would be accutane. She has been great through this journey and I know I can ask her anything about this treatment. She's a wonderful dermatologist, person, and is highly intelligent in her field! Her staff is amazing at listening to what you need, accommodating and very friendly!
