Love the staff, front desk is very friendly and I love Teonna, she takes time & really listens in my consultation to understand what I want & need and delivers an incredibly relaxing massage. Immediately signed up for a membership, well worth it!

Massage envy in Federal Way is fantastic. They have the best customer service. I recently canceled my membership with them, just because it is/was hard to find appointments really at any of the locations. Their membership is worth it especially if you only go once or twice a month. They have great enhancement add ons as well. I've tried the muscle therapy, CBD oil and the CyMe boosts, all great additions to a massage. The CBD is by far my favorite and I definitely think it works to really relax you. I have not yet done a facial here, but that is due to personal reasons. But I highly recommend if you can ever get into the massage envy federal way location you check them out. GREAT front desk service, so helpful and the massage therapist are also very wonderful. I've yet to have a bad experience here!

I had a severe back injury a few months ago and my back has felt like one giant bundle of painful knots ever since. Andrea worked with me and was phenomenal. She corrected muscles that I didn't even know were a problem until it was fixed. Will definitely be back.

Absolutely amazing. They offer a variety of spa services including facials, massages, etc. Their therapists are top notch. I’ve been to many other Massage Envy’s and the staff here is so much better than anywhere else I’ve been to.

I don't usually write reviews because I am a believer in the customer is always right but I do find that customer service is a dying art these days so when I find it, I want to shout if from the rooftops!!

I am so impressed with Heather at the Clive location of Massage Envy that I just have to sing her praises even though it might make her so popular that I won't be able to get in to see her when I want/need to! Heather is so professional, kind, knowledgeable, helpful and talented in her skills. I have had appointments where I needed extra attention on a should or wrist or just wanted an overall relaxing but productive massage and Heather hits the mark EVERY SINGLE TIME! She begins every session with asking me what I want and where I would like her to spend her time and efforts. Since my body's needs are always changing, Heather is great to respond accordingly with what she focuses on during my session. I always have a 1 1/2 hour long session and find that it flies by leaving me in much better shape than when I arrive. Heather also gives me suggestions on what stretches I can do at home to help continue to feel better once my session with her is done. THANKS SO MUCH HEATHER....I appreciate you more that you will ever know!

I had a great visit to the Massage Envy in Clive. My therapist Lucinda was awesome and did a fantastic job of focusing on what I really needed. I'very been to locations across the country and the staff in Clive have been some of nicest I have worked with.

Gina and Ashley were great. Little bit of an issue with our appointment but management generously made up or it. Excellent customer service and massage!!

Millie is great for facials she has great bedside manner and is very gentle and kind . The rooms are always clean and even massage are good
