Moving into the property was fairly simple. Had a few maintenance things that needed to be done and they were there on moving day fixing them! ( maintenance man is so kind and helpful) property is fairly basic but offers a lot of space to make it your own. Very happy with our new home.

Kading Properties has given me my first independent living environment. I was always nervous about moving and living on my own but they have offered such a convenient and comfortable space for my roommates and I. Because of this, I was able to have a 10/10 moving experience. On my first day they offered me a complementary gift basket as well!

We live in Winterset and our neighbors moved out. The maintenance guy was in to service the unit. My husband was sick and resting, the maintenance guy was very considerate and kept the noise to a minimum! Thank you so much!

Kading Properties is very easy to work with and they have well kept properties at affordable rates. The Kading app makes everything seamless from paying rent to requesting maintenance. I would recommend Kading to anyone who wants an easy move and welcoming experience.

I have lived here going on 3 years and so far have had a great experience. When I need maintenance they get some out right away, and for the most part my stay has been peaceful and uneventful

I moved in at the end of January and have loved it so far maintenance and staff were so friendly they even leave you a goodie bag on move in day! They have truly made me feel welcome since my process started!

Been living there for 2 months and I really enjoy it. It’s a nice quiet neighborhood with spacious room inside the townhome. I also really enjoy being able to have a garage to park my car.

The only issue I have is that there's no central heating or cooling. Good house for a good price and the ladies I talked to in the past have been helpful with questions. Applying was quick and easy and I got accepted maybe 1 hour after I applied (it was super late at night so it was unexpected) I like that you self tour cause I have horrid anxiety about random people and this way I didn't have to worry about anything at all.

Today 11/29/23 Carla a leasing agent for Kading properties helped me out with a bit of a cryptic message about calling into the office that I received this morning. She was able to figure out that everything was on track for my move in and that I would receive my code information for my move in date on the day of moving in. I am very pleased currently with the service details that the leasing agents have helped me with, this not only includes Carla but also Haedyn, and Lisa who was my main contact through the scheduling of my viewing, while Haedyn processed my application. Such great teamwork has been demonstrated by this group of young people. I wish each of you a blessed holiday season along with a blessed life full of joy and thoughtfulness that they have shown me through this process.

Kading has been very kind and welcoming to my kids and I. When we decided to add a cat to our family Miranda and Charles were very kind helping me through all of the necessary steps so that we were able to adopt our cat before he could be adopted to another family. We cannot thank you enough for your kindness and ensuring we live in a safe and clean environment

Very nice neighborhood. The Kading Property Staff are all very kind, efficient, and reliable. Anytime I’ve had an issue, they are able to help resolve it in a timely manner without a problem! I’ve been here 8 months now, and I don’t have a single complaint about Kading property! 😌

Nice spacious townhouse setting. Have your own garage that you have access to your place from! Quiet. Friendly staff who reply in timely fashion.

It Was very rough and stressful the first week but going into the second week it’s slowly slowing down a bit. The people around me are making it a little bit better. I can’t wait to make this house a home xoxox

I HAVE TRUELY ENJOYED LIVING HERE. THE NEIGHBORHOOD PEOPLE ARE SO NICE. THE ADMINISTRATIVE PEOPLE ARE SO NICE AND WANT TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE HAPPY. THE MAINTENANCE PEOPLE CAME OUT RIGHT Y TO SHOVEL SIDEWALK FOR ME AS MY BROTHER IS HANDICAPPED AND CAN'T AND WONT WALK THRO SNOW. I ENJOY THIS PLACE.

We love living at our location it’s always so quiet.
Grateful for a independent living feel for it being rental property. We are enjoying our home !

I haven't been living in the townhouse for very long but the move in was nice and easy. The place itself was pretty clean and the outside areas look great. When I have called in they have a good attitude and help so hopefully that carries over for rest of my lease.

Ever since I moved in here end of October we have had nothing but good news. Everything was clean and homey . I appreciate the snow plowing when they could do my driveway & all the effort put into it. Thank you all so much!

We have now resided in a Kading Property for 15 years. In that time I've submitted only four maintenance calls which were all handled promptly and efficient by the staff. We love living where we do. Everything on one floor, including a laundry room, which is so handy. My husband and I joke that we'll probably leave our Kading Property "feet first"...Great neighbors, great location, reasonable rent. Why would we go anywhere else?

Just moved into this place in Huxley on oct 13th. Hell of a deal compared to the other places around the area. I haven't had any real problems with them as of yet. There was an error message I received awhile ago and they amended it within the same day. Very fast response to questions and concerns when trying to apply for a place to live.
