Excellent customer service, the air hose (tire pump refill) is not functioning properly due to cold weather, so the cashier suggested Discount Tire.

I live in the neighborhood and have to say these guys treat you like family. They get to know you by first name and are always glad to see you. All the hater reviews are bunk. This kum n go is friendly/clean/service oriented and good for the neighborhood

My wife had to stop at the Douglas store in urbandale today because she had a flat tire. I want to say thanks to Daniel for showing great customer service by helping her change the tire with using his own tire jack. These reasons here is why I love coming to kum & go.

Every member of the team here cares about their customers and they show it by interacting with the regulars. A particular nod to the gentleman that handles most of the night shifts. He gets it.

It's a good gas station to go to during day hours. After about 9:30-10:00 it's extremely sketchy. My buddy got slapped in the face and tonight there was a car parked in a spot and a car directly behind it and inside was the most sketchy lookin mf I've ever seen. He would go up the counter and decide he needs to add more items and he kept apologizing to me for some reason. After I left the store he tried approaching my brothers car so we drove away and circled back to make sure the guy working is ok. Really cool dude works nights but it's not safe they should close at night.
