Urban Heights Storage - Urbandale

I made my reservation online (which was a thankfully straightforward process) and when I checked in I was greeted warmly by the store associates. They were already familiar with my account and made the in-person check-in smooth and simple. They offered helpful insights and options for my situation (having storage pods delivered).
A+ customer service all around.

Absolutely love Sherry at the front office. My unit is easily accessible and holds my items nice and secure. Sherry was accommodating and even gave me time to move to a bigger unit. Easily accessible kiosk with helpful live people as well as, able to connect with someone on their Facebook page. Highly recommend units at Urban Storage. It's in a central location and a hop skip and a jump from everything. Thank you, Urban Heights for being there for me when I needed it!

I have not had a bad encounter with any of the employees at StorageMart. The manager there is especially helpful but at least has been for me. She's willing to work with anything you need done or if something comes up and you can't do anything on time. They're understanding and very gracious. There's no overcharging everything you don't need and they discuss everything with you up front. Which is always a good thing when you're done business with storage facilities. Couldn't say enough about the staff and the facilities themselves with all the improvements they are doing it is a wonderful place.
