Pancheros Mexican Grill - West Des Moines

The best Pancheros around. Fast, great service, very clean, friendly employees. Food is consistent and great every time. I take my client there almost weekly and they always smile and say “hi” and remember her name. When I go without her they ask where she is. Great place!

I confiscated my husband’s phone to write a review of this Pancheros. This may be the third time ever I have been motivated to write a review. This Pancheros is the best I’ve been to since Coralville, 2018. The food was all fresh and cooked to perfection. The staff was friendly and appeared to get along well with one another. The store is well maintained and clean with good temperature and music.

I'm from CO, where Chipotle is from, and I love Chipotle! Driving through IA, I thought I'd try Pancheros for the first time. I ordered a chicken burrito. I was blown away how each tortilla was made to order pressed and grilled right in front of you. But then, at the end of the line, they mix your burrito with a spatula. My burrito was tasty delicious. the chips and queso to top it off was nothing short of spectacular! Better than Chipotles queso! Overall, to come pare them. I'd say they are same same but different in their own way but still same! Everytime go to the Midwest this will be my go to for quick mexican food !

This location is fantastic. Once you visit the Waukee location, you realize how well run this West Des Moines location is. Food is fresh, employees working hard, and great customer service.

Delicious, hot food served fast. Staff keep the dining area clean which is fantastic considering the volume of customers. Always a good experience.

The food at Pancheros is always fantastic. I will usually get a burrito bowl, with hot salsa and queso. This Pancheros has fantastic service, everything was quick with good communication from the staff.

Service and food quality at this location is always 5 stars. The app is also super easy to navigate compared to other restaurants.

This is the only Pancheros I go to because it’s always fresh and so good. I live in Ames but this one is the best.

I've always enjoyed Pancheros food. Never had a bad meal or experienced poor service. At two separate locations, they speak with me as if they know me. Very nice & hard working staff members! I'll continue supporting Pancheros as long as they're around. Keep up the great work, Pancheros!

There's no other pancheros location in the DSM area that compares to this one.
Tenured employees that take pride in their product. Other locations should have employees train here. Food literally tastes far better at this one. Never disappointed.

There are several Pancheros in DSM, but this one is clean, friendly and fast. The staff remembers us, our orders and are friendly. Great place, highly recommended!

Reasonable pricing. Clean. Took out a catering order, the food was very well prepared and well packed. Easy way for a gathering, they gave us everything we could need all food in pans with warming trays and accessories. It easy easy get together day!

The bar is low with the poor nearby chipotle location, and this panch knocks chipotle out the park……love the tofu!! It’s so good can’t find that anywhere.
It gets busy here at rush hours! Would reccomend ordering on the app.

Food was good, service was quick and the restaurant was clean. Overall, this is a good place to stop for a quick meal.

As far as Pancheros go, this one is top notch. The staff was friendly and responsive and took care to ensure that they delivered a burrito that was well pressed, wrapped, and mixed. Honestly compared to any other "Fast Burrito Establishment" you really can't go wrong with this Pancheros location.

I wish all the Pancheros in town were as good as this one.
