This nail spa is now owned by my long time nail tech, Jessica! I would not trust anyone else to do my nails. Jessica is a perfectionist who makes sure each of her customers leaves satisfied and happy. I haven’t had a bad experience with her in the 15+ years I’ve been following her around other DSM nails salons. This is the one you are looking for!!!

This salon is beautiful and the people are very kind and friendly. It has a spa like feel and environment. This is Definitely a place for relaxation and getting pampered!! I most definitely will be back.

Had a wonderful experience here! Lena was a pleasure to work with, she finds out what you want, and if you dont know exactly she is a great guide to the finishing look. Li is an amazing artist and did my beautiful gold poinsettias! A down to earth small business that is efficient and accurate, all the while taking a genuine interest in you and your needs at a reasonable price. 10/10

I had never been here before until tonight I called and they said they could get me in right away. I had the $50 pedicure and let me just say OH MY GOSH!!!! It was worth every dime. It was so relaxing and my nails they look amazing ( they are my REAL NAILS) Lena and Ben ( the owners) did my nails and they will sit there and have a full conversation with you. You don’t feel rushed or like you are just a number. I will definitely be returning to this place. I have found my mail home. Thank you!!! I FOUND MY NEW SALON! Lena and her staff were SO FRIENDLY and the salon was super clean! I was there for 5 minutes and she was calling me by my name! They did a fantastic job! I will be back and will be bringing my friends!

And spoke with her on the phone as their was 3 of us.when we got there. Everything was set up. Everyone was very nice. Offer beverages. Did a good job on my toes…. I love the color…the massage was nice. Lena the manager also recommended her Vietnamese restaurant as my homegirl so happened to watch some. So after our bail we went to her restaurant “All PHo You” I would also recommend going there for some good food.

I went with a wedding party to urban nails. I had a great time. The owner's sister did my nails and the brides. She was great, very personable and friendly. We were party of a dry wedding, but they had glasses of wine for you to enjoy while you're being pampered. My nails also look amazing! I never get my nails done but I'm now in love and will definitely go back again. I'll also add a video of my nails. They're gorgeous!

This place was absolutely amazing. I left a review on their Facebook but I was so happy with their service that I had to come here to leave a review as well. I went somewhere about a week before going here and the experience was horrible! But Urban Nails lived up to everything I expected from the first place! I will always make the drive to get my nails taken care of by them. My toes are exactly what I wanted and well worth the money I paid. Highly recommend them! Great service, conversation, and all around environment. Loved it!

We loved our afternoon at Urban Nails. I mentioned it was my friend's birthday and they opened on their day off so we could celebrate! We had pedicures and manicures and were pleased with the results! Staff was very friendly! Highly Recommend!!!

My first experience and I am so impressed! Great conversation. I love that it's family-owned and they're just really good people. I've tried multiple salons in the metro and this was seriously the best mani/pedi that I've had. The skill and attention to detail is unmatched. I will definitely be coming back!

Urban nails salon is the best. the owners are absolutely some of the nicest people you will ever meet. If your not 100% satisfied with your nails they will fix them for you. my sister and I went in to get our
Nails done late on a Sunday, and they stayed after hours to finish our nails. We were not 100% satisfied with our nails so they came in on their day off which is Monday to fix our nails for us for no extra cost. They are very Kind and caring people. They are hard workers and provide excellent customer service. If you are looking to get your nails done I highly recommend calling and making an appointment with them.
