I was here today for facial & nose waxing. She is great & the atmosphere is very relaxing. I do like supporting local small businesses when I can. I'll definitely be back!

Brandy gave me the most amazing facial, I was so relaxed and comfortable the whole time. And this morning my skin looks even better!! The results on my chin where my breakouts are is insane improvement!

Brought my wife here last minute she was able to squeeze her in. She is beyond sweet and the atmosphere is so relaxing I'm falling asleep watching her get a spa. Definitely recommend and sure I'll be coming back in the future 🤣

Staff was friendly but it was the worst wax service I ever had. I was left with patches of hair all over and was left so sticky with only two baby wipes to clean myself up. It took me forever to get pants back on. I was also left bleeding and bruised in places. I have been getting waxed for years and never experienced that. Won’t return.

I bought a package of 3 facials. The worst experience ever!!! The 1st facial Brandy was 15 minutes late and my facial was only 35 minutes and her bed is extremely uncomfortable. The 2nd facial was the same timeframe. She asked to do a microabrasion add-on for $60. I told her when I was checking out to just use this amount for the 3rd facial and we will call it good. She said she was unable to do that. After many attemps to schedule the 3rd facial, I asked for a refund. She kept insisting I had 3 facials and when I asked her what date my 3rd facial was, she gave me a date I was actually out of town. Then she said she was not able to give refunds. Would not recommend Brandy and will also be reporting her to the Better Business Bureau!

This was a horrible experience for me. There was one good thing. The facial felt nice and felt good for me but the waxing was TERRIBLE! They didn’t get all of the hairs for Brazilian wax and for my face wax you can look at the photos. It was so bad they left cuts and burn marks I believe. Also they reused the HAIRY part of the strips over and over again! I should’ve left but it was only my second experience doing a wax and so I wasn’t sure but I did my research some more and they aren’t supposed to do that! I’ll post pictures of some of the damage but I wouldn’t go here for a wax. Their facial was nice but do NOT go here for a wax! Ever!

Received an hour long facial as a gift for mother day and just redeemed. Was asked to upgrade to microdermabrasion for an additional $55, said no. Facial was barely 30 minutes and the lady was gone for at least 10 mins of it while the steamer was going. My facial started at 11:11 and was was done by 11:44. Also she left streaks of the product on my face 🤦‍♀

Lady was nice and friendly but worst waxing ever was left with tons of hair and wax still stuck on me and only left with one cotton pad to clean myself won’t be returning

Staff was rude on the phone when trying to schedule so I cancelled.
