Truly Nails

The owner of the salon does a fantastic job doing nails. She is very detailed and takes her time. Her prices are reasonable and you can tell she has a heart for what she does. Her co-workers also do a great job with other services. Making appointment on FB is very easy and user friendly. Most of the time you get your service immediately following your appointment time. Other places usually make you wait. I've been going to this location for years and also when it was owned by someone else. It's a good spot, and service is good.

This place is absolutely amazing! The staff is always so nice. My nails always look great and most importantly, my nails hold up for weeks. I highly recommend giving them a try😁

I stopped in for the first time tonight to get a dip manicure, and I had the pleasure of having Leah do them. I have been to a lot of places, and this has honestly been the best experience I’ve ever had. My nails look absolutely incredible, she took her time and it shows. The salon is clean, the staff is as sweet as ever and I will definitely be a regular from here on out. Honestly so happy with everything! 10/10 recommend!

The salon is very clean and good measures are in place for safety against COVID-19 infection. The staff are professional, friendly, and courteous. They have a great variety of pedicures to choose from...I highly recommend the jelly pedi! They have a lot of color options for shellac and dips. Hand and foot massages are amazing. I am very happy with the pedicure and my finger nail dip & tips. Also....you can schedule appointments online!!!! I am officially a loyal customer!

I went to Truly Nails with a 6 person bridal party. I booked the appointment through Google and they responded right away. I also got another message the day of to confirm my appointment. We were offered wine and they gave the bride a gift! The nexts day they sent me another message thanking us for coming in. The service was great and we all loved our nails. Definitely will be returning.

I took my mom here for her first pedicure experience and they were amazing! She had a fantastic time here and our nails look so cute. I would recommend this place to anyone in the clive/west des moines area. Really great service and it made us very happy.

Very kind staff! If you are questioning this place say YES! Well performed and have nice conversations with u as you’re getting your nails done. Good quality nails. Everything about this place is definitely worth it.

This shop has recently changed owners. However, new owners and staff are very nice, and they work very hard to try and accommodate you. Shop has been updated, very clean and organized, and quiet (which I so much appreciate). Staff are professional and pay attention to detail. I will continue to come here. A reminder to bring checkbook or cash as they are not yet taking debit cards.

Nice place, my nails stayed on for four weeks

This is the only place I would go to have my nails! They always do an excellent job. You need to call to make an appointment they are busy because they are so good.

Wonderful!!!! Vivian is absolutely great! They even take good care of an old woman who falls on the sidewalk!!!!
