I have a 2017 530 XI and I’ve had Matt Zaidi and his team fix a number of things for my car, I couldn’t recommend anyone better to have your car serviced with! I prefer them better than BMW itself. Always a great experience and very transparent! I trust these guys and would recommend them to everyone!

Matt was super helpful with going through the process of buying/trading in my car. He answered all my questions, and offered help in any way he could even if it may have not benefited him. Overall was the best experience I have ever had with purchasing a vehicle. I would make the 4 hour drive over and over again if it meant getting a trustworthy vehicle backed by Matt and his team.

Tonight I purchased a 2012 Toyota 4Runner and could not be more satisfied! Matt was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in the process. Everything went smooth and he made sure to go over all of my questions! I could definitely see myself being a repeat buyer in the future and recommend this location!

Purchased my vehicle from Midwest Motors in February. They had it all warm and defrosted.
Matt made an extra effort to find a bank willing/able to finance the '07.
They let me bring in my own part for them to install. The labor costs were more than fair considering it did end up being more of a hassle than we originally anticipated.
Matt is friendly and considerate of your time. I haven't been forced to wait weeks for an appointment, they have made an effort to work with my schedule and get me in asap. The waiting room is comfortable and clean.
I will be going to Midwest auto care for my future updates and maintenance on my vehicle.

Midwest Auto did a great job of install and customer service following install. If I have an issue with my vehicle for whatever I need I will gladly go back. 👍👍

Wow!! Matt and his team are Amazing to work with . The communication and customer service is above and beyond any dealership / auto repair shop that I have ever worked with . The knowledge they have of all cars is impressive. I truly felt taken care of and that it was one of their family members cars they were working on. My car wouldn't start at my office and I figured it was the battery. No big deal, right? Well, unfortunately my car requires removing the tire and wheel-well cover to access the battery. More than I was wanting to do on my own. I googled repair shops "near me" and found Midwest Auto Care. I'm super glad I did! Matt answered the phone and was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Not only did he price out the amount of labor, he gave me several options to choose for the battery. Once I was able to get the vehicle jumped and to their location, my check engine light was on. I told Matt when I dropped it off that was a "new issue". They also checked that for me and thankfully it was just related to the battery having low voltage, but they didn't charge me an extra diagnostic fee just to see what it was. I'm so appreciative especially as a female to have a shop that was up front with pricing and didn't try to get me to buy things I didn't need. They were fast and able to get my vehicle in and repaired all in the same day. I have finally found a repair shop that I feel will treat me right going forward. They have earned me as a customer and I will be recommending them to others :-)

I purchased a vehicle from Matt's business after first seeing it on-line. He had it in his shop upon my arrival so I could inspect it indoors out of the weather. He was patient and helpful while I took my time to inspect it as thoroughly as possible. We did a short test drive and completed the deal. I found him to be professional and pleasant to work with.

Purchased a 2005 Toyota 4Runner from out of state. Matt was always available for any questions I had, and sent any pictures that I asked for. I had the vehicle shipped to my location. Matt went in on a Saturday, during a snow storm to facilitate the pickup with the logistics carrier. Definitely above and beyond. Absolutely pleasure dealing with Matt and Midwest. Highly recommended.

Called Midwest Auto Care today because my check engine light was on. Matt got me in right away and was able to manage the necessary repairs at once. Matt thoroughly explained why my light was on and laid out my options for me. He and his staff were extremely friendly, they even drove me back to work while I waited for my F-150 to get serviced. Matt told me they are moving close by into a larger building and will be able to service more customers at a time. I would recommend working with Midwest Auto Care to anyone!

These guys here helped me... BiG TIME!! My truck was having a couple of issues on Wednesday, the next day the figured it out and got it replaced the next day! Super quick and very nice people. This was my first visit, after coming highly recommend from a friend. The shop was clean and comfortable. From being greeted at the door, to checking out, I was treated well, being updated as needed. As a person who has little experience with car maintenance, they fixed what was needed with extremely reasonable prices. I never felt pressure or told other things needed fixed, as had happened in the past. I would highly recommend this team of professionals! After seeing how they treated myself and other customers, I’ve decided to have them help me with finding me a vehicle. I’ve never felt so comfortable buying a car! Thank you so much!

I've been using Midwest Auto Care for the past few years and have always had a good experience. Matt responds to questions in a timely manner and works quickly to get you in for an appointment. I appreciate the times where Matt and his team went above and beyond. I feel that Matt explains recommendations in an understandable way and I have always felt that honesty is present. While car troubles can be stressful, I'm happy to know that Midwest Auto Care is only a call away!

The guys here are polite, always super helpful and knowledgeable about vehicles. They've made time for me plenty of times to do an oil change and help me out with my vehicle. They even got my keys out of my vehicle when I locked them in it. Highly recommended their services!

I had an issue with my Chevy Trailblazer this morning and called to see if they could get my truck in today. Matt was very helpful and said he would get me if I could bring it in soon. Once I got there I explained my problem and also advised the car had a part replaced last summer. Matt and his crew are very honest. He called me back right away and said he thought it was the same part from last year and it should be under warranty with the other shop. They could have taken advantage of me but instead they were honest. They even started to give me a ride home so I would have to spend my money and wait on an Uber. Will be going back again and will refer others! Thanks Matt and crew!

This place has some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. They are super helpful, flexible, knowledgeable and incredibly easy to work with. If you ever need any help with your car, seriously go here! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Matt was fantastic to deal with. My wife and I went in, with no appointment on a Saturday, after spotting a vehicle he had recently posted. He welcomed us in and we left there with a new vehicle. He was very honest, up front and did a great job explaining vehicle history, maintenance performed as well as the process itself. We will continue to do business with Midwest Motors!

I have owned my truck for 10 years and have been four different states with it. It is very hard to find someone that is willing to work on diesel vehicles, let alone a 7.3 liter. Josh and Kyle are probably the best mechanics I have left my truck in the hands of. I know they are always going to make time for me regardless of how much notice I give, the work is going to be done exactly when they say it will be, and they are always going to come in at great price. I discovered this place on accident and it has turned out to be the best thing that has happened for me and my truck in Iowa.

Good, fair, and honest mechanics. I've been going here for years and entrusted several cars to their care. Every time I know I'll be treated fairly and the price quotes are normally spot on. They're also very honest and will let you know what your vehicle needs, or may not need at that time. I take my cars here for anything from maintenance work to anything else more serious.
