Many Hands Thrift Market Grimes

Great store! They have some cool and unique items, and the prices are super affordable. Trinkets, home goods, clothes, shoes, jewelry, etc. Found some things I liked- a tiger print serving tray, a turquoise see-through bowl, a necklace, a gift for my mom, and a 1990’s (style?) lamp. Pretty well organized too. Nice and easy shopping experience

Staff is friendly prices are reasonable and a good selection of items available.

Have dropped off A TON of items and the back door flat entry is a plus! Remember only Tuesday to Saturday. They are helpful about unloading. Probably have brought back many things I’ve bought in the store, too.:)
Visited Haiti once and know first hand of the poverty there. The ministry of giving is what first drew me to this store. Some of products they sell are also helping provide a market for Haitians become more stable.

They usually have good prices on things. But when items are missing the girls at the front can't even give you a discount on it. I rate it on a fire because they're always friendly and I guess you get what you pay for. But I think they should have a little longitude and latitude when it comes to giving a discount. Even though it's a discount store. I bought Maybe five items out of there in 2 years I'm really picky

Great locally thrift store where 100% of the proceeds go to Haiti to support local economy efforts. Very large store with lots of high quality clothes, clean furniture, and everything in between. Very impressed with the low prices and great condition everything was in. Definitely will be back!

Love browsing this thrift store. Always friendly staff. Really unique new metal yard decor available as well. All to support a worthy charitable cause.

This is my favorite thrift place. The prices aren’t trifling like goodwill. You can find some great items. The staff is always extremely kind. Very clean, spacious, and organized. I hope this place doesn’t change and start hiking up the prices.

This clean, organized thrift store is the best one in this area. The prices are very reasonable, everything is clean, the volunteers are happy and friendly. I am going back!

I came in with my daughter about 15 minutes till close and the lady at the counter was extremely nice and welcoming. This has to be my favorite 2nd hand store in Des Moines! It has lots of inventory and lots of great bargains!

I love this thrift shop prices are a bit steep but only been there twice and one of the times they were having 50% off certain tag items so there's deals to be had staff was really nice and lots of stuff to choose from lots and lots good clothes jewelry I like to repurpose things they have lots of items that you could repurpose so I really like this place

We had a wonderful time checking out the store! The man working was delightful! He made our visit delightful! We were smiling and laughing! His daughter another clerk was on her lunch break which she disrupted to check out other customers!

Not only do all the profits of this store go directly to the Many Hands For Haiti mission, but it really is an upscale, clean, well priced, well run store. Extremely friendly staff and volunteers. Furniture, household, new & used clothing, books, and more I didn't even get to. Definitely going back!

Very organized compared to other thrift stores, which makes things so much easier. You can tell they care about every item that comes in by the way they display it. Friendly staff at every location.

Very nice store. Very large, clean, and organised. Also has a nice variety of plush toys.
