After trying to treat ourselves with over-the-counter products for months, we were at our wits end. I wish I would have called this clinic right away, because they were amazing! So kind, compassionate, and efficient. Will definitely be recommending to everyone I know.

We had a wonderful experience here. Jami and her staff are warm and friendly, and we went home with education, prevention, peace of mind, and LICE FREE!!!!

We had a hard time getting rid of the lice with home treatments. Renee was amazing! Very professional and friendly. She made us feel very confident in the process and we very happy with the results. I hope I nver have to deal with lice again, but if I do, I would just go here first. Highly recommend.

Jaimi and her team were amazing and they informed us really well on what to do and how to treat at home! I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the headache and let the professionals take care of it. 5STARS!!! They’re screened myself, my son and my daughter. Very easy process and well worth it. We ended up buying the oil! Amazing service and absolutely LOVED the lady that helped my hair!!! Iesaha you are amazing at what you do, thank you so much!! They do a heat treatment to get rid of all bugs and a oil treatment for the nits. So glad I was able to come in today!!

This service was amazing!! They were so through and explained the process to us. They made us comfortable throughout the whole visit and gave us tips on how to be proactive on preventing lice in the future. Also they got us in on the same day we called in and our kids were lice free by the time we left!! We highly recommend the LCA to everyone!!

This was our first time having lice. Once discovered, we ran out and bought lice-removal products, oils, and special shampoos. We also bought chemical sprays to treat our home. It got expensive quickly! We stayed up so many nights past midnight (sometimes until 3am), combing our hair with special combs and treating our home. None of which worked to kill the lice and get rid of the nits fully.

I did an online search and found Jaimi and LCA. We didn't want to mess with lice anymore, so we did as suggested and brought our entire household to get checked out. This place is wonderful- honest, professional, clean, and courteous. Jaimi educates during the process so you can understand how to stay lice-free. Those of us who needed treatment received it. My child received the full treatment, and I received the express. The process worked SO well. We are around a month from being treated by the Air Alle device. The Air Alle dehydration process killed EVERYTHING- chemicals do not work!

Goodness, I am so thankful for this place and Jamie! She was so welcoming, informative and so kind- making my daughter and I feel at ease during the process. My kindergartner picked up lice from some kids on the bus. Before coming here we tried Nix and even left the product in for twice the amount of time. Once you rinsed the Nix out though the bugs “came back to life” and were not dead.
We are now lice-free thanks to the amazing folks at the clinic. They were professional, the office was clean, and after fighting these bugs for over 3 months, I wish I’d contacted them sooner. For under $200 it is totally worth the peace of mind and they even guarantee their work.

After our daughter got lice, we came to lice clincis of america in windsor heights, IA and it was fantastic. They were very pleasant, kind and full of helpful information. She told me everything I needed to know from hownro treat her and our home as well as how to help prevent from getting it again. This place was a live safer for us! Totally put our minds and at ease. We left very happy with our experience!

I am super grateful for the clinic and Jamie. She was so amazing on informing us and working with the girls and keeping them calm. It was a HUGE peace of mind to be able to get a thorough check!!

I have been battling lice with my girls since April. We have done over the counter treatments, combing, replacing pillows and brushes, and trips beyond trips to the laundromat. Yesterday the day care turned us away and told us my girls couldn't come back until we had this issue taken care of. Already well over $400 in over the counter products, new hair supplies etc, I broke down. I got online and scheduled an appointment for the same day. Jamie was so nice. I was feeling defeated, overwhelmed, and just plain exhausted. She reassured me that they were going to help and she certainly did! She never made me feel uncomfortable about anything and was so very patient with my 2 year old who was just as over all of this as I was. When I left I really couldn't thank her enough for being so kind and understanding, and just how helpful she was. Not to mention I was so relieved to know that this struggle wasn't only mine and lots of families from all walks of life are fighting this battle too. Thank you thank you sooooo much from the bottom of my heart! I would recommend this place a million times over for any parent who is struggling with this issue!!!

Super friendly & informative about the process. Very clean and inviting space with a play room. Our daughter has crazy thick curly hair, we have tried & tried to treat at home but always missed some, so we are beyond appreciative of this time saving service and are excited to finally be bug free!

This place is such a relief! Knowing that a professional is going to put your mind at ease when you leave. The gal that answered the phone and scheduled our appointment was friendly and helpful. The staff member that took care of our hair was friendly, helpful and very informative. She was able to help us decide on products too. This place is great, but I hope we don’t return!

My wife and I brought the family here after finding some in welcomed guests in our daughters hair. Setting up an appointment was easy and the specialist was kind and explained the process. She even let our daughter feel the temperature and allowed her breaks. Great place to get something stressful taken care of in a non stressful way.

Great experience ( despite the circumstances:). Iesha was great to work with and was very patient with my 11year old son. She explained all the steps and was amazing.

Kellie was super amazing! She was quick and very nice! Even gave me lots of advice about lice and how to prevent/treat it in the future! Plus prices are extremely reasonable, not very expensive at all for lice removal! I would recommend this to every person in need!
