In this day and age when customer service has flown out of the window, Jerry is a constant source of reliability. He will drop whatever he is doing to get you what you need. I was in route to Colorado when I realized that I did not have a copy of my car insurance. Within minutes Jerry emailed me a copy of my insurance with a friendly note to drive safely and enjoy my trip. Jerry has been my agent for over 25 years and handles all of my insurance needs. Jerry Jenkins is a great Farmer's Insurance agent. I love the company to begin with, but Jerry's service is above par. Jerry truly cares about your personal goals and ensures that your assets are protected. He is very thorough and very efficient. I had one collision and he was prompt to respond. Without question, Jerry is a knowledgeable and friendly insurance agent. But what sets Jerry and his associate, Natalie, apart from others is their willingness to take the time to make doing business with Farmers Insurance Company as easy as possible. I recently took a stack of mail I had accumulated from Farmers over several months (21 different pieces of mail to be exact) to Jerry's office and he and Natalie helped me go through each piece and decide what needed to be done. When we were seeking insurance and asking questions of Jerry his response time was always very quick. Sometimes I would even send off an email late at night hoping to get a response in the morning. He responded right away and even had a whole conversation with me.

I have known Jerry for many years (prior to him being an Insurance Agent). I have been insured (Auto, Home, Life) by Farmers through Jerry for over 28 years. There are three reasons why I do that. 1. Jerry is of the upmost character and truly cares about you and your every need...and why he's always been there for us...from simple copies/proof of insurance cards (b/c we lost them), to saving our vacation from ruin. Jerry is/was there. 2. Speaking of saving vacations, I backed our Acura MDX into our garage to load our luggage/supplies to take an extended (three week) driving trip throughout the Northwest with reservations in place throughout/during that time. I opened the rear hatch and heard a giant crash. The hatch glass had shattered as I knocked a hanging ladder off its hook and it crashed into the MDX rear hatch glass....devestated and a bit panicked, we called Jerry. He said, "give me a little bit." He called back in/around 10 minutes with a report that the glass truck was on its way, and they just happened to have ONE 'rear' glass left....PERFECT! Yes lucky on the fact they had one left, but skill and experience got us fixed on on the road only an hour late...that's so Jerry. Getting things done because he's done this and has the connections to get things done! 3. We recently bought a 4x RV Van. It was hard to insure because of the custom nature of the vehicle. Jerry scoured the insurance world and found not one, but several companies to choose from at extremely competitive prices. Consistently working and proving he IS the Insurance Agent everyone wishes they had. I would like to add I have never had a problem with filing a claim or service involved, and that includes his office staff....Jerry also respects my privacy and has only talked about Life Insurance and financial planning when I have asked...never pushy. SO Jerry!

Jerry's customer service is top notch. I know that he will take good care of anyone I send his way. I highly recommend Jerry and know that the personal needs of clients will be met based upon their needs.

Zack & Emily, I am sorry you feel this way. As you know your policies were purchased online from Farmers Direct at the time. Our office tried several times to reach you to have you come on our office to schedule a review of your coverage's. Unfortunately, our calls were never returned and a review of you coverage's we never completed. I am sorry for you loss but your experiences could have been better had you had a chance to review you auto policy with me.
