Waiting for return call. Have used this agency a couple times prior.

I would have no idea how to rate their service. I've called and tried to make arrangements. Two times I've given my phone number and email and told I would be connected with an available travel agent, but no one ever bothered to respond.

We had ITA book a trip to London for us. We requested and paid for upgrade on our seats for the 8 hour plane ride. When returning to the US the airline had no record of our upgraded seats and had to ride in Coach for entire 8 hour flight. Had ITA book a driver for us in London and car was booked for a.m. instead of p.m. Tried to contact ITA and got a voicemail. Explained our situation and call response was ‘we have no record of booking a car for you!!!!’ Flight home from London got canceled and called ITA emergency number for help and got no answer. I would never recommend ITA to anyone!!!
