Best Buy is really stepping up their game! I was impressed with the selection of appliances and the stuff they had on clearance. This was definitely the best place to shop for last-minute gifts!

I purchased a new computer today and Kyle was really helpful, going above and beyond on a very busy day. I always have good experiences with this store. It's nice to know there are still stores with great customer service.

This Best Buy is my favorite everyone is great and one employee stands out Butters is the most helpful and knowledgeable person I have ever encountered at a Best Buy this guy seems to really love his job and the customers he helps. Best Buy should promote him because if he ever leaves Best Buy won’t be the same he has sold me my MacBook M3 Pro and iPads

Bought a set of turtle beach headset open box special. Mic was very poor on open box. I didn’t realize it right away because my friends are married and barely play games anymore. Despite being past the 14 day period they made exchange easy. Same headset not open box works great. Very happy with the service.

Came in having troubles with my laptop. Silly me can't work with technologies these days. I went to the geek squad counter and was greeted happily by Nairah with 2022 on her name tag. She was so helpful explained my issues thoroughly. At the end we gave each other high fives for the success of her work! I will be returning just for Nairah's helpfulness and kindness! I wish there was a tip system I would give Nairah a BIG tip! Thank you Best Buy and Nairah!

The location was perfect. Not far from families homes. Samr store layout as in Kansas City. Struggle to find a Samsung watch charger, but eventually found the item with store help. I didn't end up buying because I thought it was not worth it $32.99. I DECEIDED to let the watch die (battery) and charge the following day when I returned home. ✌

Stopped here for the spiderman game and the gentlemen at checkout who "knows a lot about spiderman" helped me understand the difference between the 2 games I baught. Thank you young man!

The best salesman I have worked with in a long time. Did everything he could to help me. He works in the computer department. Pretty sure his name is Jordan. Made sure to tell his manager that he has a top rated salesman working there.

Nice place to check out electronics, employees are very helpful and knowledgeable, but not too salesy. Three people asked if I needed help last time, although maybe it was because of my shady appearance. Update: continues to be great, especially the employees.

Truly amazed with the service I received at the University Ave, West Des Moines, IA Best Buy! The lady that helped me was very helpful, friendly, patient and knowledgeable with my exchange. I bought some extras for my new laptop too along with Total Tech (which she was not pushy about - greatly appreciated) and she went out of her way to find the exact right product for my needs. With every request I had, she never hesitated once to find an answer. This Best Buy is not the closest one to me, but I will now be driving 40 miles out of my way to visit ONLY this store. Truly amazed at the service I received (hard to find these days), the friendliness, helpfulness, and knowledge my rep demonstrated!!!
