Amazon Fresh

This is really technically impressive. Amazon has many cameras strategically placed which employ A.I., computer vision (CV). The cameras associate you with your Amazon account when you enter, and then continue to track you and the items you take off the shelf. When you exit the store, your Amazon account is automatically billed. Really a seriously impressive use of CV and automation. Well done Amazon.

If you haven’t been to this place then you’re missing a lot of things. Nice concept of shopping. No hassle of staying in a queue to pay. Unique experience. Full stocked shelves which offers you all your daily use stuff from fresh food to grocery. Good job Amazon.

Always a great experience shopping in this store. There’s no setup required (if you have an active payment card on your Amazon account) and you simply scan and walk through.

The staff are on hand if you need help and there are also some staff positioned around the store working if you need assistance while shopping.

There is an impressive selection of baked goods and hot drinks as well as some lunch items if you are passing by or work nearby.

Bring a bag with you!

The products on the shelves are fresh. I really liked the absence of a cash register and the absence of the need to stand in line. I only took what was necessary from the shelves and left. The receipt came to the e-mail. The payment was withdrawn from the card after 25 minutes (during this time you can return the product to the store)

Great concept and it worked! Simply scanned my QR code, picked up some shopping. I walked out and received my receipt by email! Well done Amazon!

Scan fresh code (from basket) on amazon app to enter. Start putting items u want in any bag (free brown bags available) and walk out. Bill is sent 1/2 hr later on app. Amazing. Staff at door to help. I went in with 2 kids and scanned same code for them to enter.

Really cool concept - store was very clean and it was easy to enter (just scan QR code from Amazon app) and walk out with the items needed.

The meal deal selection is better than any other. The coffee machines are great. The store is always clean. Just walk out shopping works really well.

Awesome experience. You get in by scanning the barcode and that's it. Pick the food you like and go. You don't need to pay the system will know what you took and will charge your card automatically. There's a sensor on the ceiling

Excellent grocery shopping experience, so convenient and quick to just scan the QR code on the Amazon app in order to get in and then exit and have the invoice sent and being charged via your Amazon account. Just be aware, the shop is quite small, good for a top up but not for big groceries.

One of the most simplest way of doing fast last minute grocery. No cashier needed, just simply log in with your Amazon account , shop and leave. The system checks your grocery and charges you with in a few minutes for the goods whilst your in the way. Awesome !!

Don't worry, you're not stealing, but it feels odd not to pay before leaving.

Much like many other shops, but so much more efficient, I highly recommend it if you pass. .

I enjoyed this experience. Everything is clearly priced, and the store is fairly well laid out. It does have a reasonably good selection, on par with other city centre shops. Great concept as other people have commented, and walking out without paying direct makes you feel like you are shoplifting! You do get charged later, but perhaps it would be helpful if that payment/confirmation email arrived a bit sooner.
