Awesome spot!!! Haven’t seen a real toy store in years! They all seemed to have closed. This place is epic many floors and everything from infant toys to adult offerings. There are demonstrations of neat gadgets and toys all over the store. The Lego projects are really cool. Will definitely be back with a long list!

Such an awesome experience! It’s not the toys but rather the while atmosphere is magical and brings up good childhood memories. Great staff too!
The Harry Potter section downstairs is definitely worth a stop!
Also, they have a build a bear section. You can literally find any kind of toy, action figure, LEGOs and much more here!

Went there for waffles and ice cream lovely experience and magical vibes. The price for two desserts less than £20.

🧸 Amazing! What a huge toy store. There are a wide variety of toys. A wide variety of brands from all over the world like for example RAVENSBURG, STEIFF, LEGO and so on! Here the parents become children because they themselves find everything fascinating. The exhibition of games and toys is spread over around 5 levels (floors). very nice and helpful staff. Our favorites were the self-created teddy bears in the “Build a Bear” workshop and the Harry Potter area in the basement.

Not that this place needs more praise, but they sure deserve it. From the moment you step through the front door, you’re greeted by animated, smiley faced staff. Throughout the 7floors, there are toy demonstrations, sensory bins and magic shows (demonstrating magic boxes available for purchase). It truly was an experience we will not soon forget.
I want to point out, that I really appreciated the demonstrators that did not try to sell us toy kits - it made for a much more relaxed experience compared to being pushed to buy. In the end, we walked out of Hamleys with bags full anyways :)

Hamleys is one of my favourite stores in London. 🤩 This is an amazing place full of fun, excitement, and curiosity. 🤗 Laughs 😃, Lollipops 🍭, Toys 🐾, Games 🎢, Experiments 🧭, you name it! Even as an adult I found myself lost in the wonderland of everything pretty much everytime. 😆

It's Hamleys, what more can I say, a multi-floored setting of wonder. Toys of every size, range and to fit most pockets. As an adult I love to wander around as much as any child, demonstrations going on, the new and exciting latest additions. Something that little bit special, character.

Hamleys on Regent Street is a massive 7 story toy haven that captivates both kids and adults. It's a wonderland filled with an incredible array of toys, games, and interactive delights. Stepping into its historic space feels like entering a magical realm where imagination knows no bounds. From timeless classics to the latest trends, Hamleys offers an enchanting experience for all who wander its halls, making it a must-visit destination in London.

Visited the Santa Grotto in Hamleys store and it was a lovely experience! The elf’s were so welcoming and friendly. They really played it well. The Santa was magical! We even got a little gift! Absolutely beautiful experience and totally worth of the money!

This is probably the most busiest toy store I've been to. 5 levels of joy for toy lovers, great staff had a laugh with a few and very helpful. If you like plushies there is a whole level dedicated to it. My favourite was the gaming and funko basement!

I absolutely loved it and highly recommend this store. It was the most kid friendly store I have experienced. Everything seemed to be available to actually play with and use, which is probably a very astute marketing maneuver as if a kid loves it you know, they know, and you get a lot more family pressure to buy it. Clever. But also tons of fun and you really can make an informed decision on whether your kid will like and use the toy and from a parents standpoint if it's also appropriate. The store associates are great to with many dressed up in various costumes or characters, and they play with/use the toys too - and a wealth of knowledge in discussing or recommending something to you. Very highly recommended.

Kids loved it and enjoyed travelling through the many floors of toys. The staff were really friendly and the kids loved the little magic shows.

The only minus was the lift, it took ages to get one and one wasn't working. So better to come without a stroller.

As it was christmas eve, there was plenty of animation on the lobby alongside with the different ani.ators on the different stores.

Fun toy store as a toy store should be. Lots of variety and staff demonstrating fun toys. Lift goes up to 5th floor for the colorful bathroom. Smallish book collection but has all the cool London stuff.

Well, so much to see and do in hamleys. Toys Every child or person wants. I personally recommend everyone goes to hamleys for their toys and the hobbiuse And a great Day Out for all for families and everyone. If there was more stars I'll give it to hamleys The people work there. The staff are fantastic, really so helpful. So polite to the customers and show them where to go what toys they're selling. When I went To Hanley's in late December. There was one brilliant sales assistant. Showing all bubbles she had a bubble gum and all lovely bubbles everywhere it was brilliant. I love bubbles. When I was there was a bear. Probably the best not there now in hamleys because that was christmas 2023.

I can't wait to go back to hamleys. To get more bare stuff close all accessories of is brilliant. You need to go to the bare workshop on the third floor in hamleys. And go and get yourself a bear. IM gonna get another one very soon.

A dream toy shop for young children and children at heart. Their eyes light up when they enter into the place ! You need to keep an eye out for your kids because it can get very instense with so many crowds and so much noise.
There are loads of demonstrations and play areas for children to discover the toys. There are a few books but the selection isn’t too big.

Huge toy shop, center of London. Plenty to see and buy, we did feel the prices where higher than the standard shop for the same product though? Plenty to look at and interact with. Plenty of staff demonstrating toys/makeup. It's a very fun experience (take lots of money)
