M&S Simply Food

I have just moved to the area after living in Hampstead. The staff here have been nothing but friendly from the start and infact is one of very few stores who do have friendly security and I would definitely say autistic friendly as I have had no issues to date - non judgmental friendly and say hello every day. Couldn’t rate a better place

I love this store. Staff are so helpful, especially Dovydas. Lovely young man is always prepared to provide assistance to me and other shoppers. He is a tremendous asset to M&S. Hope they treat him well.

Quite a decent food hall. Not the biggest, but it carries a decent selection of produce. Staff are friendly and helpful. The shelves always seem well stocked. It seems to be relatively busy most of the time. The tills can suddenly become quite congested, but the queue moves fairly quickly as most people are either buying lunch, or just a few items.

Great to have an M&S food store of this size on High Holborn. Plant Kitchen sandwiches are my favourite.

Lovely supermarket always has the things I am looking for. I also want to shout out to Lenny who works there. He is such a polite and warm person, always chatting and seems positive which is nice.

I love this little m and s. They have a great little fresh bakery, A great craft beer selection. Some tasty French wines. Fresh fruit and veg selection is also pretty top for Central london

The unrivalled quality of M&S in prepared food continues to amaze me. Healthy food that tastes great is not an easy combination. The store is not big, but perfect for a grab and go stop on the way to the office.

Always a good range of high quality food. Post-COVID-19 there is a coffee machine available all day too. Cash or card pmt possible. Convenient location and always great for lunch.

Lovely store, used for snacks during work hours! Can also return items bought online from M&S very handy and don't have to faff with post offices!

Basically I love M&S, but at the morning, most of the time is at the morning, there is a sir managing the self service cashiers, this guy is visibly passionate by what he does, by giving a 5 stars customer service and really efficient.

This sir deserves to get awarded or recognized for his passion.

This particular M&S Food shop is well stocked and the staff are really lovely. But just be warned that it does get extremely busy, particularly at lunch times.

Had Christmas and New Year order delivered to this place. Helpful and quick. Nice food.
