Great shop with always nice and friendly staff. Especially appreciated the patience of kind staff member when my phone bank card didn't work earlier this evening until my 3rd attempt...very understanding and patient.

Have used this shop to drop off Hermes parcels for return and pick up a couple of things. Very well-run and organized shop that sells a wide variety of essentials despite its small size.

I really appreciate the service here, especially since many off license shops mysteriously have “broken” Hermes printers these days. Always polite and helpful service.

A lovely little store for office types and locals. Seemingly family run - so you’re sending your money the right way! Always polite/friendly whenever I go in. They genuinely care about delivering good products, and great for an ice cold bottle of water on a hot day.

I come here so often to drop off my parcels and they are always open!

Cosy little shop with plenty of booze. I bought some Smirnoff there as the art exhibition had no booze. How can you have art with no booze?!

One of the friendliest and most reasonable corner shops I’ve been to in London. Really lovely and hard-working man who runs the store. Can’t recommend enough! Store opening time is incorrect! Wanted to drop off a parcel in the morning and the shop was closed.

Please can you update your opening hours? I’ve tried to come three times now to collect a parcel and each time you’ve been closed!!

Update: I agree, the problem is not the printer not working. I went to the shop to return two Amazon items. This shop is listed on Amazon as a parcel shop where items can be dropped without package or printer. When I arrived, the machine was not printing the labels and stopped working altogether. The two staff members showed a distant, uninterested, rather unpleasant attitude. No apologies, no explanations, no alternatives offered. Moreover, they say they don't take unboxed parcels of that size - Amazon has them listed as providing that service, for that particular item. Indeed, the problem is not that the printer is not working, I've had that before. It's everything else.

most inconvenient convenience store ever. my parcel got delivered yesterday and i’ve been 3 times already this morning and it’s STILL closed !!! absolute joke, needed my parcel for this evening. if i’d of known this would happen i would not of got it delivered here.

They’ve lost one parcel, and are either closed whenever I try to go or say ‘the machine is closed’!
The most unhelpful, rude woman in London works here. Avoid at all costs if you don’t want unending agro.

Tried to return an amazon package, it says they have a printer. didnt.. then they had no labels, to return it. Asked the leave the heavy package, then return with the label, told no! not very helpful at all.
