NatWest Whitechapel Road

I went to get cash out for my wedding and the wonderful staff had sent me a congratulatory bunch of flowers!

I always have a good exeprience in this branch of Natwest compared to others! Eventhough the waiting que is quite long. The customer service is responsive and helpful. I was hosted by Miss.Fatima at the counter, she was extremly helpful and knowladgable person. She explained to me all procedures and guided my the right way. Will always like to come back here for my future bank work.

Well I had really nice people deal with me whenever I was in there? Don't listen to half the rubbish ppl put up? What you give is what you get? The staff was very professional and defo sorted me out? I was very happy!!

It is pleasant bank. There a rarely long queues and the branch is very modern.

Much better than all the other banks. Barclays, HSBC and Lloyds has a very poor service. NatWest is much better, service is good, quick, efficient, helpful, courteous, polite staff, in fact it is the best bank.

I would have given it 5 out 5 but I am disappointed in the weekend service - no service - closed on saturday, makes life inconvenient. If they could have a way to deposit cash when they were closed it would have been very helpful instead but technology in even todays world is very basic, not upto scratch. I wanted to deposit cash and theres no way to do it, thats a not good service so, 4 out of 5.

always see queues here but i never queue up, just use the machines inside.

The counter closes at 3.30, the bank closes at 4.30. They should mention this info on their site

Every single time I go in this branch something awful happens but it never affects me. So that's something in its favour. Some of the staff are brilliant.

This branch service is very poor. Always long queues, no A/C staff dressed poorly and never smile! Dont have pens at their desks; for a bank that's absolutely ridiculous and very unprofessional!

P.s. There is a big lad that works there; buy new shoes buddy! The layers are peeling off!

Nice and polite staff member but not aware of the services that they should offer. I went in as a Natwest customer to get a piece of ID verified and they said that they didn’t offer the service and that other branches also wouldn’t. Went to the Natwest down the road and they were happy to help. Seems like the staff need more training on this
