I went to Tesco Express in Whitechapel and had the most amazing service, very kind and helpful. The young lady in particular was Kashida . She was polite and very friendly....Really want her to be recognized for the good service she have provided. Well Done...

I rarely shop at supermarkets but went here today to buy a few things and once I came home, I realised I'd forgotten to put the birthday card I bought, in the bag! Tried calling the store on the number listed on here but after 2 rings it keeps getting cut off! They really need to check that. Anyway... I went back to the store, and was pleased that Anita, the customer service assistant had kept the card at the till! Sohail, the manager explained that they leave the missed item with the receipt (I never collect mine!) at the till. I'm very impressed. Good customer service. Rather rare these days.

I frequent this place as it is well stocked, has products that to Tesco Metro doesn't! Sometimes the a few of the tills aren't working. This place has quite a lot of products despite its small size.

Prices were good and the staff were nice.
Security nice as well.
The only thing I didn't liked is they don't have to many European food.
Like sausage or Italian patisseries.

Nice store. Has good essential items. Some items maybe priced a tiny bit higher than other places like poundland.

Not the greatest range but as it is work local, I have got to know the staff. They always say hello and are genuinely welcoming and for that reason alone, I like going in there.

Usual run of the mill tesco's express. Quite a busy outlet but always find shelves to be well stocked.
