Argos Whitechapel Road

I'm hoping this reaches the manager. I stroll to the shop to get some stuff for a beloved little one. Shirley and Jackie, the staff, were very wonderful. They extended support and aid.
It was the nicest ten minutes of customer care I've had in years, and you definitely need more of these lovely people working for your firm... I hope you give them something this season.

Great customer service, really helpful and professional, a young man called Sharunan was really helpful, I wasn't sure what to purchase as a good speaker and he helped me decide and offered to order even if it's not in the store, explained return policy and was very cooperative. Just popped in to by a disposable camera with a gift card from Love2shop - but I hadn't realised I had to preregister it for it to work. Instead of turning me away a lovely staff member called Mark registered it for me, calling up the company and wading through the dreaded customer service line, all so I could buy the item today. I apologised but he was super willing to help and incredibly friendly. By the time I'd paid the other staff had already got my items for me so I was in and out in no time. Just wanted to thank them properly on here because they easily could have told me to come back but instead helped me without me having to ask. Lovely people. Thanks so much! ☺

Went there today as I had an issue with a purchase Afzal was so so helpful and solved my problem he even offered me his personal charger to help me but I couldn’t take it thank you for your help

Went to Argos Whitechapel and was surprisingly impressed by the service delivered.

Initially I went in with my child and his mother, to exchange an item. However, I didn't have a mask on and was not let in (which is understandable due to the current climate) but i explained that I have a health condition to the security officer, which restricts me me wearing the mask for too long of a period.

Jackie, the customer service officer was exceptional. After having a brief discussion with the security officer they allowed me in but within a certain perimeter. She went on to reassure me as she also has certain unwanted health conditions. She was extremely pleasant, very efficient in handling the refund with second to none customer service.

Staff like her are the reason why stores get visited often and customers return which i will to that store. At such an unprecedented time, we only hope we don't end up speaking to a computer but rather have these services available to us face to face!

I can't believe the negative ratings on the staff! These guys are always smiling and as helpful as you can get.
Of course it is always very busy, like all Argos shops. But if like me you reserve your items online and pay at the machine you will never wait more than 5 minutes. The long wait at the till is due to people hogging the cashier for ages, it is not because of the staff.
I would definitely recommend this shop, if of course you are wise enough to pay at the machines and not the till.

Just bought Alba 10 inches tablet & leather cover for protection. A minute ago order online through mobile app straightaway collection message received.Nice customer service and very quick and helpful as well.
Cause of current COVID restrictions not allowed inside store so be prepared according to weather situation might be have to wait in queue outside 2-4 minutes.But i always find this quick and quiet.

No issues, smiling staff. Not sure why people give it such a bad review. It is Argos and not a restaurant. I used the fast track and it was fast. I was in and out in 5 mins or less. Girl serving was polite and Courteous she even cracked a joke despite the store being very busy.

Bought some dumbells and barbells.
Very good product.

Used the quick order system and although there were queues, I was given my order within 2 minutes. The staff member was very polite and friendly.
