My favorite bubble tea shop in the UK!
Everything about this tea shop radiates comfort and joy to me.

As a foreign student, my favorite thing about this shop is the team of staffs. They are super friendly and kind and they made me feel at home. But of course, that’s not the only reason why I love this place so much.

As for the shop itself, it is very clean and has a super relaxing atmosphere. I come here just to sit and chill or unwind after a long day quite a lot, however, the seating area can be a bit limited since there are only a few table and seats here. (But it’s not really a problem because most people would usually do takeaways instead of eating in when they get bubble tea anyway)

As for the tea itself, there’s a great variety of flavors to choose from. Either it’s sweet & mellow, sour & fruity, or a combination of both!

My go-to/comfort menu would be the roasted Oolong milk tea with tapioca pearls & grass jelly and I would recommend this menu for anyone who is new to the bubble tea scene. :)

And yeah, sometimes I would also get an Ophelia rose aloe tea or a grape aloe tea when I’m craving something a bit more refreshing and fruity.

Updated to add: wow. This place is truly special. I've tried 5 different teas and they're all fantastic, all toppings are fantastic, they've never gotten my order wrong, they just do everything perfectly. If you come late you may have to wait, but it is SO worth it. I loooove bubble tea and have been to a lot in several different countries. This one is my favorite. Just incredibly consistent perfection

Yum!!! The jasmine milk tea here is delicious. Perfectly brewed both times I've had it - flowery and beautiful, not at all bitter. The tapioca pearls are always perfectly cooked and the green tea jelly is an amazing addition. They shake it properly so it's cold when you order with no ice, as well. Would highly recommend, especially the jasmine!

The service from the male member of staff was great, really helpful descriptions of items on the menu. Warm Ballet Chocolate milk was nice as a caffeine free drink. Will be back for sure even though I've got one nearer to me.

I collected bubble tea for my young one here.

As my first experience getting bubble tea, I am thankful to the lady who explained how they make the drink and what things do they add to it.
I also really liked the stronger and durable packaging that they provided to take it home.

Will come here to try some new flavours soon.

In my personal experience, this is the best bubble tea shop in London! Really nice customer service and amazing bubble tea :) My suggestion is Large Pearl Milk Tea, 30% ice, 50% sugar and extra pudding 😊

There is many different options of tea and milk and if you login in the website you can ha a loyalty virtual card that give you a free drink every time you complete the purchase of the 10th drink.

The people working there were really sweet and gave me recommendations when I wasn't sure what to choose. They have a wide variety of drinks to select from and I've had the grass jelly milk tea and mango royal tea, both taste good!

Clean, swift service and served me 5 minutes before closing. Was so nice about it even though they could’ve closed early and not made my drink. Waited patiently whilst I took a while to order

Thank you to all the staff for making my first visit an memorable one. They helped me choose from the huge variety from their menus. I've ordered the Lychee Black Tea and it was delicious. I would definitely recommend and come back to this place.

My most frequented Bubble Tea shop! The staff are very friendly and accommodating, helping us with our choice of drink or toppings when we aren't sure what we want to get. Also having a chat with us whenever the timing works out. The atmosphere is very comfortable and welcoming as well. I highly recommend this store!

Best bubble tea shop in town? I'd say so! Arguably one of the cleanest, friendliest and most efficient bubble tea shop for sure.

The staff are extremely helpful and went the extra mile to explain the toppings and flavours. Also made suggestions once they were told what sort of flavours were preferred. The ingredients also tasted fresh unlike I've tasted before.

When it comes to bubble tea, T4 are the “Rolls Royce” of them all - no gimmicks.

I went there when it was not busy. Overall, I found the service quality and atmosphere all pretty good.

There are not many sitting spaces, sa if it is meant to be a takeaway. I believe customers around the location will appreciate some more seating spaces.

My favourite bubble tea in London. I like this T4 whitechapel branch with comfortable and clean environment. Wide range of flavours available. Good service and friendly staff. It's good and relax to drink bubble tea when I feel depressed.

My first Bubble Tea experience, what an experience it was! Amazing staff with excellent knowledge of the menu. Really helpful and patient. The drinks are unbelievable, I cant wit to go back and see the team and have more bubbles tea!!
