I read the reveiws on here before going to pick my parcel up. I was "expecting" to receive terrible customer service. The gentleman on the counter was "very" polite, collected my parcel with no problems at all. Thank you!

Seemed fine to me, collected parcel from friendly staff. Why are some people so harsh in their google reviews?

Great customer service

Sent my parcel back to the seller before the DPD collection window was closed, caused a massive headache for me. Zero customer service/explanation/apology from the shop staff.

I bought a Twister from them, left the shop and walked less than 1 minute down the road to return to the shop. This was because the Twister I had bought had mould, discolouration and black bits on it. When I asked for an exchange, I was denied. When I asked for a refund, I was denied. The owner wouldn’t exchange nor give me a refund, even though the Twisters was CLEARLY mouldy. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP. THEY SELL MOULDY FOOD! If I could 0 stars… I. WOULD.

DON'T go here for parcel drop off. I've tried several times and there is always an excuse for why they can't take it. They're just dishonest and lazy.

Very rude & arrogant shop staff. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!!! I don't know why DPD authorising them as their agent. Avoid them at your best for any DPD collection or drop off service!!!

Extremely poor customer service. The man at the till refused to take my parcel because it was “too big”.

Rude and abusive service. The men at the desk was screaming at me for asking him how I can find the parcel they lost and made me go search for it around the shop myself. Really bad experience overall.

Too big package very sad times

Wish I had read reviews tried to visit to pick up package in middle of day - totally closed no sign saying why. Called many times but no answer.

I went twice to collect my parcel, every time closed with no note to say when will they open again! Thanks for wasting my time!!

Seriously, never get anything delivered here. Waited for over an hour for them to open and had to come back later
