This is the best Gym I have ever been to. Small enough to feel personal and friendly but big enough to have the latest equipment and PT's with a wealth of knowledge. Family friendly where teens to Grandparents are welcomed and encouraged to be their best. PT's are friendly, approachable and genuinely care about the individual without you having to have private sessions, no question is a silly question.

The best gym in Hampshire! I have been a member for over 4 years. Very friendly staff and all the equipment you could ever want, maintained to a high standard, to get and keep you fit. The gym is owned and run buy an amazing young man who is passionate about looking after you and your needs, supported by a team of brilliant personal trainers and if needed, physio therapist and a bucket load of support including various workout sessions. It Definitely gets a 5* rating by me.

Great gym, lovely personal trainers and everyone is friendly. I use to worry about going to the gym by myself but here there is always someone to buddy up with. Staff are fun and encouraging. Best gym I have ever been too.

I would recommend this gym to anyone in the area as I really enjoy being part of Fusion Gym in Fareham. I started going to their Bootcamp sessions last year and have then become a member of the gym, attend classes and have PT sessions. The staff who work at the gym are friendly, helpful, encouraging and supportive as are all the other members. There is a wide variety of classes available with the gym creating new classes all the time to keep you the member interested and able to try new things. This gym is awesome 🤩

Such a friendly and fun gym! Been a member for 6 months and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. The classes are amazing and always change to keep you guessing. It isn't a pretty fancy gym, it's dark and it's where you come to work hard 💪

I absolutely love this gym!! Down to earth, friendly, great equipment and a brand new class studio with everything you could need for an all over or targeted workout.

I joined this gym after being with a large corporate gym for many years, it was the best decision I made. Dan and the team endeavour to know every member individually by name and make you feel welcome. All the people that come to this gym are friendly and encouraging and makes it feel like a big Fusion family.
They have an excellent variety of equipment and the classes are always challenging and regularly revamped. Every day has a different class Not to mention Bootcamp on the beach so there is no chance you won’t find something you’ll like!

Fusion is a great place to work out. You've got a choice of a standard gym with free weights and machines or a studio with different class types on offer.

I really enjoy the HIIT classes variety, and the ever changing programmes every 6 weeks really work for me. Everyone is friendly, and the class leaders are all helpful with encouragement and form.

Totally recommend this place for people of all abilities.

The classes PT staff and the intimate atmosphere with a private club members only vibe makes this Gym stand out above the rest. I have friends at the class and gym that share the same feelings , I can get gym monthly fees for less but you cannot buy the Fusion family motivational committed encouragement where you feel that you are welcome and belong no matter your goal , fitness ambition or reason why you visit

Such a great team of coaches, very supportive and encouraging. Good variety of classes including boxing and spinning as well as a fully equipped gym. Would definitely recommend joining 💪

I can’t recommend this gym enough. You are instantly made to feel welcome. The PT’s are amazingly friendly and supportive of your goals. There are several different class types at all times of the day from 6am through to 7pm so you have no excuse not to get to them! Lots of different packages available to suit your needs.

Have never been a big fan of gyms. However Fusion is unique with the atmosphere, excellent PTs and customers. It’s an eclectic mix of people of all back grounds, ages and fitness levels. It just works.
Dan and the team make everyone feel welcome and provide encouragement, advice and support no matter what the goal!

Having been to my fair share of gyms and gym classes over the years, I can safely say I have never enjoyed a gym class as much as at Fusion. The the classes are very effective and they are not boring or repetitive. I cannot believe how quickly the 45 minutes goes. The workouts are changed every 4 weeks to keep it interesting and I like how the lights are dimmed and music loud during the workouts. The gym itself has everything needed and is not busy or overcrowded. There is no judgment and everyone, both staff and clients, are so friendly and welcoming. I had been stuck in a rut going to commercial gyms and am so happy I made the change to join Fusion.

Been coming to this gym for about 5 months now and I love it. Great staff, always very friendly, welcoming you when you arrive and leave, etc. And for £19 a month on a non-contractual basis, it's great value as well! Bloke who runs it is also a great guy, probably the most friendly of them all, and sounds like he knows a lot about fitness, physio, diet, etc. Best gym I've been to and great value for money too!

I have been going to gym in my local area for over 20 years and NONE of them compare to this one. It is the most supportive, friendly and fun exercise environment I have ever experienced. Cannot recommend highly enough, it has literally changed my life :)

Fantastic customer service and excellent group sessions for all shapes, sizes and abilities. The gym itself is well equipped and the owner is always looking at ways to improve his product. I cannot recommend Fusion Fitness enough!

Great atmosphere.
Great gym for those who lack confidence, they really build you up and make you feel great. I have being seeing Dan for PT sessions for around 6 months and have seen a huge difference in not only my body shape but fitness levels and mentally too.

Staff are legends and super welcoming, brilliant equipment and never had any concerns/issues, can't ask for anything more :)

The best trainers, classes & gym. I would never go to another gym after being a member here! There’s always a friendly face and everyone is always made to feel comfortable.
