In the opticians department I had the first checks carried out by Carol who was really nice and explained clearly what to do on the different machines. I then went into the optician and met Clare who was very knowledgeable, thorough and also very nice. Excellent service from nice people who know what they are doing.

Came in today looking for something and a lovley young lady working (i think her name was Lucy) came to see if I was OK and assisted me in looking for what I needed. Thank you Lucy you brightened up my day

I have previously had several issues with getting photos but this last time, there was a gent called Dennis who helped me and was fantastic.

The Boots I visit is a very small one nr the Rowner Health Centre absolutely works for me nice people with really good customer liaison and a great attitude could not ask for more 👍

Portsmouth, Dublin and fraham, all of them were great, they help me out with my hearing aids, without appointment, Laise in Portsmouth my hearingcare see is great. Keep the good work up Steve x

We visited the opticians today, and they seemed inundated with staff. However, most were pleasant. Our optician is a fab gentleman who has been there a long time. The area of the store was pretty clean and tidy aside from a few pairs of glasses that needed to be returned to the display.
A trainee took care of our paperwork when picking glasses. They were happy and nice, clearly enjoying the new job, even when uncertain about some aspects of the job. Overall very good visit

Was shopping for a hairdryer (for my daughter) At first couldn't see them, so asked a young lady who was a member of staff... She took me to the isle where they were... Plenty of selection in a varied price range. Great customer service, and the lady on the till was very nice too. Good old fashioned British customer service. Thankyou.

Great variety of products, value for money and helpful staff.

Is ok, but some products are expensive, some one very expensive better buy from others shop.

There was a very helpfull lady that we spoke to ans she advised my wife what makeup to use which was very helpful.

I have just been to get some photos downloaded & printed and buy a birthday card for my daughter.

Jess took care of everything for me in seconds with a smile and a warm, caring attitude.
She could not have been more helpful!

Visited just B4 Christmas to buy foundation. My usual brand Dior has discontinued the shade I use. I was unsure which brand to choose as -online and Apps are not as accurate and responses vague.
So I had a simple and quick consultation with the Representative for Clinique. The lady was extremely helpful offering great advice and quickly understood what I was looking for. A great advocate for Clinique!!! Her knowledge and experience were obvious and she made me feel confident in her recommendation. Very approachable and not pushing products. Her 20 years experience shon. I purchased the foundation as recommended plus another item which I felt was an essential item from my consultation. I am delighted with the results. Definitely use the advice of this wonderful lady again! Am just sorry I am unable to remember her name so that she can be commended.

Yesterday I met Sophie, in the No.7 department, and she was so helpful in guiding me through to finding what I really wanted.
I wish there were a way to compliment t this young assistant, other than downloading yet another App. She was friendly and attentive, and gave me some free samples in the range. The store is well laid out and tidy and I was impressed by the whole experience. So Thank you, Sophie.
