Tesco Superstore

A well run shop, well done to all the staff. Underground free car park, full wheelchair access (in store mobility scooters available) and escalators between shop and parking level. Costa Coffee to sit in if you need a break. Scan n Go, self check outs, express check outs and very helpful staff...online or in store Tesco's has made shopping easy. Oh...and the toilets are well maintained and very clean.

Ample parking available and access via lift or ramp. Street entry via Quay st. Decent selection of goods across the range of foods and some clothing, toys, household and health care. In store bakery and pharmacy.
Large wide aisles and bright, spacious feel to the building. Costa also handy for a cuppa and chat.

We left one of our shopping bags hanging on the hook at the front of the trolley then remembered it a few minutes into our journey home.
We went back to the store and the young man who collects the trollies had found it and handed it in. THANK YOU

John was very helpful on the scan and shop. And had a nice chat with the customer. And went the extra mile to remove the tag . From top I brought on ff . Very happy customer on this sunny Friday afternoon. So ten out of ten to John . Also I was a staff member but left 6 years ago to become a career assistant. In a old people care . And John remember me when I was a staff member at Tesco farehan.

I am so thankful that they are still honest people in this world! I left my handbag at Tesco this morning and only realised it’s not in the house at 2.30pm today. Tried to call the store but couldn’t get through so o went over with my husband and I went straight to customer services. A nice lady looked at me because I was just about to burst into tears. Before I finished my sentence she stopped and said yes it’s here and nothing seem to gone missing. I burst into tears and she gave me a tissue. I am so thankful to whoever handed it in. And in a moment of panic I forgot to ask who handed it in because I would really like to meet up and say thank you properly. I wonder if you can contact me please so I can contact the honest person. I have my faith back in human kinds. Thank you whoever you are and thank you Tesco!

Staff always pleasant and helpful and a wide range of products as you would expect from Tesco!

Really great and clean store to shop at. Very safe as there are disinfecting stations everywhere and the staff ensure that everyone wears a mask that should. The twilight manager Greg is always available to talk to and all the staff are friendly and helpful. Thank you all

John was extremely helpful, he drop by our till a couple of times while we were using the self checkout and helped us in a polite and smiley way. Well done!!

This store was built a comparatively short time ago. It is extremely spacious well stocked and should be one of Tesco's premier stores. However it does appear to be well underused as I very rarely ever have to wait for a checkout. The car parking facility is excellent and in-spite of previous comments I have never had a problem.
There is a small coffee shop and a booking area for Virgin Holidays.

A well laid, out easy access for mums, and wheelchairs. Wide aisles. Good selection of food. Prices are reasonable. Electrical goods section. Phone section well stocked, with polite helpful staff.

This is my favourite shopping supermarket with the one in Bursledon. It cares about the working class and has done a lot to lower its prices for years and not since Covid 19. It's a bit far since I live in Locks Heath but due to excellent bus routes everything is possible.

Validate by collecting parking voucher with receipt from the till (self check-outs print them too), scanning it at the machine by the escalators and typing in your registration plate.

Standard Tesco, pretty big.

I recently lost my husband and feel very lonely and have found shopping more and more in Tesco store has been very good for me. The staff are extremely cheerful friendly and very helpful. This had encouraged me to go into Tescos for most of my needs.

The lady who served me was lovely. Both my friend and I commented on this when leaving. PS the strawberries and raspberries were lovely and at 2 for £3 offer, well happy days.

Ok all I needed was available on shelves and staff were very helpful on any requests for anything missed. I will definitely come back for more shopping experience in future and always recommend friends.
