This place is definitely a standout with a variety of excellent shops and attractive dining options. It offers convenience with 4 hours of free parking, which is more than enough for a relaxing shopping experience. It also impresses with its cleanliness and organization. The presence of public restrooms and full wheelchair accessibility in all the shops make this place welcoming for all visitors.

Loads of good shops in this complex and places to eat.
Free parking for 4 hours, which is long enough to walk around the shops.
The area was clean and tidy.

Wonderfully clean shopping environment and not a social housing or useless eater shopper in sight. Perfect!!

Great shopping center. Not as big as we are used to, but it was well represented and the selection of stores was great.
It was annice place to walk around with family, for sure.

Whiteley shopping centre is free to park for up to 4 hours, completely free after 6pm. Fair priced high street shops, cafes and restaurants. A cinema with numerous screens and Rock up climbing centre, there is also a well-equipped gym and a couple of supermarkets. Oh, a petrol station too. Basically, if you want to spend a whole day there... you can.
Christmas has an added sparkle.
I am not a shopper, but I love the cinema and socialising with friends here.
Oh, one more thing, there is a little land train too which is decorated according to the season.

Nicely designed shopping centre, probably could do with a couple more food and drink options as they were very busy. Free parking, everything clean, all good

We’ve been living in Whiteley since 2020 and so far Whiteley Shopping Centre is my comfort zone. There are plenty of restaurants, shops and cafes to spend some quality time in, along with kids' activities and a rock-up climbing place with a baby area too. During Christmas time there is a Christmas Shop open at the market square near the GYM. The toilets are clean and the staff is always welcoming and polite.

Lots of parking with first 3 hours free. Good variety of outlets for shopping, food and drink, groceries. Pity the main walkways are not covered. Unpleasant to browse in the rain and wind. Nice touches to entertain in the open areas.

A big shopping center with a lot of parking. The parking is free for first four hour. One can find all types of shopping, eateries and a Cinema (cineworld) here.

I remember Whiteley as it was years before the refurbishment. It was a ghost town with horrid tinny music and a poor range of shops and facilities.
Now there's a great range of fairly low budget restaurants, a cinema, coffee shops, indoor climbing, numerous clothes and fashion stores, jewellers, gift shops, and a mix of other types of shops too. There's a mid sized Tesco, spacious parking areas, electric vehicle chargers and a petrol station.

Love this outlet shopping centre! Great fairly high end stores and decent restaurants. Good bargains to had. Dog friendly. Visited several times over Christmas 2022.

Really enjoyed this place, only went as they have a mountain warehouse but found lots of different good choices and an excellent food court.

Whilst the shop selection might not be to everyone's taste it has a good pick of high street names. Marks & Spencer, Fatface, Next, Sports Direct and Boots for example, as well as the Entertainer for kids 😀.

Lots of places to eat too and a Cineworld.

The biggest plus is 4 HOURS FREE PARKING. A rarity these days and very welcome. No need to put registration in or anything. Can stay longer and pay if needed.

Can get busy at times making exit to the motorway hard but most the time is fine.

Worth a visit on a sunny day (it's not under cover 😂).

It's a nice place. Lots of shops. Would probably go during the week when it is less busy on weekends it is uncomfortable

You've got to love Whiteley for killing a few hours. So much to wander round and see. Lots of great shops, activities for kids, cinema, restaurants and plenty of parking which is FREE for the first four hours.
We love the little train that goes round and the other pop ups that appear through the seasons.
At the moment they have the grass bears which you can have your photo with and spot the brass dear, foxes and rabbits!
Toilets available and the whole place is on one level, which I would imagine is great for wheelchair users and pushchairs.

Love it here. Lots of chain retailers. It's clean, not too crowded and has every kind of food you could want. Not mention, the cinema. I adore the little sculptures and the flower rainbows. The land train for the little ones is a nice touch. But the landscaping is my favourite.
