Very Good Store,Always lots on offer at cheaper prices than other stores in the region. Helpful Assistance when needed. Fab Garden Centre. Free Car Parking. Purchased this lovely bench at half price.

Disappointed item required not on shelf.

Cashier very helpful, searching item, seeking advice. Shopfloor worker also unable to source item.

On exit, I was asked to wait 2 mins as the shopfloor worker is currently scouring warehouse.

Item acquired. Top, top customer service from all parties.

Found a Large Christmas Tree Star online, did a click and collect and everything was good better than the store with the orange logo.

Faith has been fantastic at Fareham Homebase. She helped us design our kitchen. We never felt rushed or under pressure to make quick decisions. She has a great knowledge of the products homebase kitchens has to offer. We are really looking forward to getting our new kitchen. Thank you for your great customer service.

Great staff! Took a faulty air con unit back expecting problems, but the staff member I spoke to couldn't have been more helpful and courteous. Very well stocked store aswell. Very impressed.

Only went in to go into TAPI, so i could get my kitchen floor relaid. Spoke to "Daniel" who was extremely helpful in telling me the cost and estimated fitting and date. The prices of the vinyl were very reasonable.

Great store also in competition price wise with other big chains. Definitely worth a visit . Got a lovely full drum BBQ. Well worth the money 💰

Quick and easy shopping experience. I ordered my items for click and collect at 8.40am. Drove to the store, plenty of parking available for no charge. Checked my phone as I got out of the car at 9.10am and had recieved notification that my order was ready to collect. Walked straight in and followed the one way system to the left and waited at the collection desk. A member of staff was with me immediately. I was asked to wait to one side as the order was brought out. This was done within minutes. I was back at the car with my items at 9.15am.

Safety measures in place to protect shoppers. Staff member explained purchase and arrows system to ensure we kept our distance and were safe. Super cleaning process. Although I didn't buy anything because they didn't have what I wanted. I spent time walking up and down trying to follow arrows which at times was quite funny

Quick visit to the store last weekend to buy a workbench plus 2 children's garden stacking chairs. Good experience for us - one of the chairs was missing 2 bases on the feet and they swiftly exchanged the chair.

Fantastic helpful staff, very well stocked ,we have been looking for ages for garden furniture, & hozelock spray gun.
They had both in stock, with a good selection of garden furniture, we were helped today by Adrian & Ella, very helpful, knowledgeable staff.
We were very upset when a few years ago our Portsmouth store was closed down, we miss it so much as it's not always convenient to travel to Fareham.

Staff friendly and efficient.

Plenty of stock and very easy to social distance here. They have also implemented a in store one way system. Cashiers take your basket or trolley and scan goods while you wait.

Visited on Saturday. Have to give the biggest compliment to the staff. Social distancing organised really well. The trolleys were cleaned. The queue was managed magnificently by Richard who explained everything perfectly. The availability of hand sanitizer and cleaning products was excellent. Moving around the store was unrushed and well organised. The experience at the checkout was exceptional. This is textbook how to get it right in these very strange times. Thank you, and well done.
