O2 Shop Fareham

I had a problem with a sons phone not registering on the network and the help desk were unable to resolve, but the team at O2 Fareham, Barney, Stuart & Liv were amazing!! The were patient with me and understood my concerns with how this was impacting my son and the O2 Team went over and above anything that I was expecting to get this resolved. They are friendly, understanding, knowledgeable, well connected to "technical experts". The whole team are simply fantastic, definitely 5 stars.

Went in for a new eSIM and manager Barney was fantastic, he was happy to wait for my phone to finish its data transfer and helped me register the sim. Thank you very much!

Went into the store, to query about data roaming as I’m going travelling for a few months. Not only were my questioned answered but also was found a great deal on a bundle for Wi-Fi and tv. Big thanks to Stuart for helping and having great knowledge.

I was in for a phone upgrade I dealt with Max who explained everything to me on a level that I could understand. He was great on every level.
The team leader there I'm sorry I forget his name but he was also very good he called me on a Sunday morning to make sure that my new phone functioning properly and that I was ok with it. Great customer service lads. I will be recommending people come to you 👍

I've only just gone over to 02 from virgin. Had a few issues. Been into the shop a couple of times and I must say the safe were brilliant. Very approachable and very helpful.

Second time in the store querying my contract regarding upgrade and general questions and there was a guy who was young with tattoos (sorry don’t know name) but was very helpful and gave great info and tips with my phone itself. Deserves to be recognised. Thank you

First time buying a modern iPhone/android and being elderly, somewhat confused as to what to buy, how to use etc. Young lady, Indraja, spent an hour talking me through options and eventually made the sale. She was excellent, patient, informative, polite and sympathetic to the fact that I wear hearing aids and sometimes missed what she said, (background noise from other customers). An excellent ambassador for O2. Thank you.

I went to get my data transferred across from a very old phone to my new one. I was served by Barney who was outstanding in every respect. Technically totally on top of the job, he was helpful, kind, patient, thoughtful, considerate and totally professional. If anyone from his management team reads this he should get a large share of the credit (and any in-house reward) for a job very well done indeed.

Once again outstanding service from O2 in Fareham, this time from a lovely chap called Lemons. He was so knowledgeable, really helpful and caring. He explained everything in great detail to make sure I was happy with my new phone. A credit to the Company.

My Wife and I have just had a meeting with Stuart to change our phones over to 02 from Vodafone, he was very helpful and patient and got us a great.

I wasn't ato2 we were actually at the crating shop with my grand children and daughters. It was a lovely happy occasion as not many welcome an autistic child. People were very helpful and we were made to feel welcome. Everyone enjoyed the experience.

Visited O2 shop Fareham, where a lovely guy who was the Branch Manager called Barney. He was excellent in helping with my mother in laws phone issues. She is a older lady, he had patience and experience to guide her through the issues with her current phone and arranging a replacement. He also said she could go in there anytime if she has any issues or questions just pop in to see them. She was over the moon with the service received and would recommend them.

Went in to set up new contract...Staff member gave detailed explanation of what was on offer bearing in mind my usage. Tom then went ahead to set up the contract in an efficient and friendly manner explaining what was to happen....A good experience all round

Helpful friendly nothing to much trouble , hence we purchased 2 new phones

Went in on a Saturday (May bank holiday weekend) to pick up a Harman/Kardon Onyx Studio speaker system, called the day before and had two reserved for me. As soon as I got in I was greeted though the store was so busy I had to wait around 10 minutes, this didn't bother me too much as a busy store is a good sign, everyone including the customers looked happy.

Got round to being served (looked like the manager, or at least he certainly knew what he was doing) which was efficient and this is just about the only store I've ever been in that's actually reserved the items I asked for (rather than just saying it to get you off the phone). The speakers are great and were worth the trip. Based on this, I would have little hesitation in going back and would probably switch my other phone to O2 knowing this is the quality of service. Getting good service seems to be a rarity these days so this was a nice experience.

Great service at o2 Fareham. Thomas you were great, thanks for all your help when I was setting up my new contract. The manager was great as well and friendly. Staff were professional and really helpful.
