On arriving at Wickes Fareham today my 2 year old had fallen asleep. I called up the store and told them.that I really needed a product but my son was asleep. The man who answered very kindly explained that if I did a click and collect he would look out for it and bring it out to my car straight away.

That is going above and beyond for customer service. Thanks Wickes Fareham you made my life a whole lot easier today!

Click & collect order of sharp sand & cement, had to use this store as sharp sand in short supply so never been to this store before. Girl outside letting people in was really nice & polite a real asset to the company, she asked me to wait outside & my order was brought out on a trolley. Brilliant staff here & service second to none. Thanks all

Yard staff extremely helpful and very polite whilst making my delivery health and safety 100% everybody happy . Fork truck driver was amazing she knows her job

Made an attractive gravel path between flower borders. Bags are a bit flimsy and two out of the four on display had been re-bagged in plastic sacks but didn't seem to have lost anything. Without prompting from me I was given a 50% discount on the split bags. Can't argue with that! I'll be back!

Excellent help from Brett Jones kitchen design consultant. He visited my property to discuss a new kitchen and gave me a lot of his time. Professional, knowledgeable, helpful and no sales pressure. Unfortunately I did not buy a kitchen from him as the unit sizes from another company worked better for my size and shape of kitchen. If I need a kitchen in the furture he will be the first person I approach. Thanks Brett.

We added to our kitchen supplies in 2014. The 3 cupboards and new sink were installed by the engineer in a very efficient and professional manner. All at a reasonable price. Thanks to Graham and the Wickes sales team.

Had to queue to get in, slight pain not end of world, about 15 minutes. Had what needed, returned item at the same time. Painless and swiftly out to fit.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Well stocked (check online before you go though) and plenty of parking.

Local diy/builders merchants. Store has just had a much needed revamp making the store brighter with lots more natural light.
Staff have been working here for years and have a good rapport with the customers and will go that extra mile to help source items they may be out of stock at the time.
With the new store the ranges have grown in some areas and reduced in others which is better for the general builder / diyer.
The stock has been moved around so look up to the roof for the Isle boards.
If you have a wickes card you get extra discount worth having if you've got a big job planned.
Parking is tight especially since a trolley shelter has been plonked in the middle of it. Burger van as well doing a good range of value food and teas and coffees.
There would be more space if Eden vauxhall weren't putting customers cars and vans in here because they've not got the space.
Delivery can be organised in store if you need a lot of gear.

Good range of DIY goods. Staff helpful. Couldn't find one particular item. Staff member helped me look. Went and checked stock. Offered alternatives. Even suggested that Screwfix nearby may be able to help. Excellent.

Was looking for a bathroom light and chanced a look at Wickes even though the website didn't have what I wanted on it. To my surprise they had a different range that was perfect so well pleased.

Store us brilliant although new speed bumps in car park ridiculous, it isolutates many shoppers esp with how harsh they are. Wickes will need to start giving discount on cars suspension

Served by nice helpful Yong lady who helped me find some brackets I needed. And nice polite girl on the cheek out.

Friendly, helpful staff who answered all our questions on kitchens. Their excellent customer service has convinced us to order from them.

Went to collect some timber and glue, both of which they had in stock just like it said on their website, very happy.

Good selection of DIY and trade goods on offer, i usually find what im looking for, and if not the staff are very helpful in pointing me in the right direction. Ample parking.
