Stayed there 2 nights for a work event. What an incredible hotel! The most incredible night sleep. I’ve never slept on such soft bedsheets. The location is fantastic. The hotel bar is absolutely wonderful! The bands playing were amazing and the cocktails delicious. The whole experience was amazing.

Fanciest place ever, with all the amenities and top class service. The beds make you melt into them. I prefer a soft mattress, my husband a firm mattress, and yet somehow these beds gave both of us the best night of sleep we've had in a long time. Very clean and quality appliances in the room. Staff is very kind and friendly, from front desk to house keeping. I will definitely be coming here again.

My wife and I had an absolutely amazing stay at the Rosewood this past weekend.

The hotel is gorgeous and centrally located, couldn’t be in a better spot. The room was clean, spacious, and perfectly maintained. Breakfast and high tea in the mirror room were highlights of our trip, as well as one night at Scarfes Bar listening to live music.

The service and hospitality from the staff was truly next level. Now that I’m home back in the States, I find myself missing the Rosewood and the staff who always had a smile on and made us feel welcome and happy throughout our stay. They really care and it shows. It was really quite peaceful and overall our stay was delightful. We will definitely be back!

Loads of beautiful hotels in London but we chose Rosewood . So happy we did it. Beautiful from outside . Stylish , super clean ( most important) , politely crews and the breakfast was super super quality and delicious . If I could tell , the lunch at Halborn need to be improved. Food was tasteless and served as lukewarm.

So many nice things to say about the staff. They worked to have you enjoy your stay. Our first interaction was Valerica who found the perfect room for us. Our last was Israel who shook my hand and said “we are happy to have you back anytime you’re in London” Each person in the Mirror room pleasantly helped us to a wonderful breakfast. Each Bellman or Doorman or Concierge made us feel as if we were the most important people walking through the lobby. My family loved it here. Thank you for another grey London memory.

Staff at this hotel treat you like royalty, the mattress was so comfortable even the bath towels were so soft and luxurious .. The Room was the right temperature at all times and at a high standard of furnishings, the room felt private and soundproof. The breakfast was exceptional. I felt so comfortable would definitely visit again.

I’ve been here twice and love everything about it. The restaurant and bar up front are both great, and the hotel service is unmatched. I really like the off-street valet and car pickup area. Their afternoon tea is also amazing and modern.

I love the Rosewood Hotel. Scarfs bar is one of my favourite places to drink, fabulous bar. I stopped by last night for pre-drinks, lovely Hugo Spritz, served really well, a bit on the small side, compared with other venues!

We visited the Rosewood for their art afternoon tea. I have zero things that were negative. Everything was perfect: location, tea, service, food. Would definitely go there again!

Our stay was very good. My daughter absolutely loved the kids amenities! She still carries around her special passport. We were looking around for things to do but because of the Easter holiday the options were limited. The concierge was quite helpful calling the museums we were interested in to find out the bank holiday opening hours so they can point us to the right direction.
We had issues finding and operating the safe but the team attended to it very quickly and helped us.
At breakfast they were able to accommodate a picky 3.5 year old’s requests of asking for fruit on a different plate than eggs etc. So overall it was a very good experience.
I would definitely go back.

We have travelled to London many times, and this was by far the best location and smoothest arrival we have had. We visited during the London Marathon, a very busy time for the city, and had a wonderful experience at Rosewood.

From the warm welcome at the door to the attention to detail with turndown service and room service, the clean and easily accessible fitness suite and the central location of the hotel, there couldn't have been a better way to spend our long weekend in the city. On our final night, we had the chance to drop by Scarfes Bar and enjoyed the music and a few cocktails - would definitely recommend.

The hotel team took on our needs, so all we really had to do was experience and enjoy the city - everything a holiday should be!

We have gone to Rosewood London for their high tea a couple times now, and it is absolutely lovely. The sandwiches, scones, and desserts are all exquisite. They have a large selection of black, blue, green, and white teas - All of which I've tried have been exceptionally good. This is the perfect high tea experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Rosewood. The rooms are beautiful, the breakfast is delicious (be sure to try the Eggs Benedict) and the employees are extremely friendly. We stayed for four days and were amazed at the attention to detail they have. Definitely recommended if you like luxury in the center of London!

This hotel is absolutely fabulous! It's stunning interior and amazing Scarfes lounge, and the warmth and sophistication of all its spaces.. the staff are so helpful and I just felt at home but with a 7 star service! They go out of their way with some really personal touches in the rooms during my stay which showed me how caring and attentive they were! Super impressed! I recommend it by all measures and I can't wait to come back again !

Most beautiful building in London with very friendly and helpful staff. We loved the traditional and spacious rooms. The hotel also gives access to the coziest bar in the city with delicious cocktails and great atmosphere. Wide choice of breakfast as well!

I had a business lunch here on a Wednesday lunchtime. It was fairly busy. Both food and service were great. We both had pies for a main course (no starters or desserts). Will return soon.

Fantastic staff, super friendly and helpful.

Anna was amazing! She heard me mention that my daughter was going to the London Sound Academy. On the last day of her finishing her classes. Anna had a custom cake and a personal gift sent to our room. It was very thoughtful and we are so touched at the sentiment taken.

The bar is one of the best in London. It's called Scarfes.

Chris, who stands outside of Scarfes is a legend. He was so friendly and helpful. He told us about some great places to eat and fun things to do in London.

Wonderful service and very comfortable accommodations. Location is a bonus and close the pretty much everything you want to see in London. And Breakfast was superb! Get the Full English Breakfast off the restaurant menu.
