As a convenience store, open till 2 pm, great local service for shopping.

Really friendly staff and very accommodating. Has plenty of booze, food and household essentials. Live not far from here and never disappointed. It really is one of the few corner shops that's goes above and beyond for customers, as longs as you're not annoying! Highly recommended. A++++++++++++++++

Also, its open till about midnight - an absolute bonus in this part of London!

I only live within a few minutes walk off this place and have been coming here for 15 years. Its part of what makes Covent Garden hate a real village feel.

Nice round the corner shop. Friendly staff.

Very unhelpful staff. Was trying to use one of their service they are advertised for. But when arrived in to the shop I was told they will not do it. Because package is too big... that is very not cool as I had to walk back all the way and find another provider.
Info for the owner: if you agree to carry out services through your shop then do them or clearly state the regulations to stop misleading people.

I've come here to report them with a nightmare parcel pickup experience and am shocked but not surprised at all of the other similar reviews. I am angry that Yodel still has them listed!
I came back to the shop FOUR TIMES TODAY to collect a parcel and the guy refused to give it despite showing him that it was delivered. I asked his store assistant to find it for me instead and the package was RIGHT UNDER THE TILL THE ENTIRE TIME!! This place is a scam, the store owner is disrespectful, unprofessional and a fraud. I'm shocked at the fact that there are soo many reports on this same issue and nothing has been done still. Shame on Yodel for suggesting them as a pick up spot. They aren't safe and the store owner is clearly some thief
