Come on everyone, I thought these folks were great! My family and I all got our vax at the pharmacy and they were fast and professional. Then we did a little shopping and the folks at the front were all very friendly and nice. Working retail is a tough gig and frankly I was pretty impressed with how well these folks were treating us given the pressures they deal with daily.

I came for a refill at the pharmacy. There were five folks working the pharmacy, notable as this is a smaller single-story CVS store. They were all busy working but they greeted me immediately and I was helped in about 3 minutes. They didn’t have the exact brand in stock but the manager was able to override the computer default and substitute a different brand for the same medication. I waited 20 minutes and picked it up. The small free parking lot had lots of open spaces. Pretty smooth experience.

Yesterday (1/17/2024) we visited CVS pharmacy at 2100 N 45th St. Seattle WA 98103 and Xeena received us to take photos for our 2 week old daughter’s passport. As burdensome and arduous this task seemed to be, she was so wonderful, caring, patient, creative and went above and beyond to make it happen. After multiple fail attempts to meet the requirement, she suggested to use one of the white project boards and lay down baby on it for the convenience. Baby was much happier and we finally got the shot we needed.
We are so appreciative of her and her flexibility to accomplish this almost impossible task. Thank you very much Xeena!

The core pharmacy staff we worked with deserve all the stars for their kindness and patience given the extreme dysfunction of the CVS app and other external services offered through the store. It’s obvious they have to deal with a lot.

After a nightmare of pharmacy acquisitions that have led to mistakes and missing prescriptions, I'm so relieved to finally have landed at the Wallingford CVS! The staff is so friendly and efficient even when slammed. They have also helped me untangle a few messes (not their fault) with grace and care. Such a great team!

Their pharmacy is so great! I hope they stay open

Sherry is the employee of the century. She was so helpful with my photo orders and so sweet to me over the phone and in person. Please give this sweet angel a raise.

This pharmacy is usually pretty busy but the pharmacists and staff are always super friendly and helpful. They saw that my insurance didn’t cover a newer formulation of my Rx as prescribed by my doctor, and they went ahead and contacted my doctor to get the slightly older version prescribed so that it was covered for me. They’ve taken similar initiative on other medications as well and have saved me a bunch of money. It’s probably odd to consistently enjoy my pharmacy experience, but I really do!

My 5 stars is for Zachary at the pharmacy - he seems to genuinely care for people beyond the simple transaction interaction that I would expect. Refreshing.

Came in late to pick up a first-time prescription fill that turned out to be alarmingly expensive; Christine and Melanie went out of their way to help try and find manufacturer coupons, look for alternatives, and contact my provider to save me hundreds of dollars. They were both incredibly kind, knowledgeable and courteous.

I needed some passport photos and Cherie and Brandon were most helpful and kind. Thank you!

The staff at this CVS is polite and responsive. I transferred my families prescriptions to them last fall. After the initial difficulty of transferring Rx, it has been really easy to get what we need. The app for my phone works well in addition to the in person experience being great.

Kristine and the other staff in the pharmacy have been polite and friendly with me since I started coming in 2018.
I had some issues getting coverage for my medication though my insurance, Kristine was able to help me find a coupon to cover half the cost. The pharmacy has been great! I get text alerts when they receive my prescription, when it's ready, and when it's time to refill a prescription.

The retial floor is struggling. Unfortunately companies like CVS, Walgreens, Petco, Walmart, any nonunion retail, or commission based retailer are cutting back cost by cutting staff, staffing hours, pay, and health insurance. That in turn makes it hard to find quality employees who will stay once they realize they the company is expecting 100% of the job requirements to be covered by as little as 2 peolpe on the sales floor. These companies do everything in thier power to keep staffing hours below the point they pay for health insurance and to prevent overtime for fulltime employees, they only get the minimum fulltime hours legally allowed. I think it's around 32 hours a week.

Try to be kind to the staff at any retailer, especially now. They are putting themselves in harms ways just to pay rent and thier bills.
And if you find the customer service lacking don't complain about the staff members, demand more staff by calling the corporate number usually located on the receipt.

The pharmacy staff led by Christine are awesome! The store staff is great, too, but being greeted by name whenever I come in to fill my prescriptions and their fast, efficient, and helpful service keeps me coming back.

Always great deals on something - best service on 45th, unlike Bartell's and Walgreens, these CVS employees look you in the eye, are polite, and smile.
