Great outdoor clothing store. Good quality and selection.

Store was neat and tidy, but the employees were really unfriendly. I tried on the jacket I wanted and decided to purchase it online.

The employees watch you and follow you but don’t talk to you or help. I was holding something in my hand and they didn’t offer help until I was near the entrance , as if I were going to shoplift. The checkout experience was poor. She handed me my purchase and when I asked for a bag she said it would be $.08. I felt as if they want to make you feel unwelcome and not touch the merch and leave asap. Nice stuff though I woulda spent more but they didn’t want the business.

Don't purchase from this store. They are not Filson. It's a Hudson that sells warehouse Filson products. If you need to return an item, Filson stores will not accept returns from this Hudson store. Furthermore to return to this SeaTac terminal store, you'd need an airline ticket to even get to the store.
The fact that this Hudson/Filson store doesn't provide a phone number or for their store on the receipt or even online say a lot.
