Patrick K was absolutely amazing. I had to return two products due to damages and he offered to replace the products for free along with a gift card. He has awesome customer service and is a true gentleman. Would highly recommend you go to his store.

Dick’s bicycle department is extraordinary. Jeff helped me pick out the right bike for me and did a detailed inspection and tightening of entire bike and adjusting. I was so impressed with The bike shop I bought my daughter a bike and this time SHANTELL assisted me. She is the truest bike specialist in every sense of the word. She did an extensive review the bike and did the adjustments until bike was dialed in perfectly. SHANTELL is a professional who is kind and patient. My daughter will be able to stop on a dime and be safe doing it. Thank you Dick’s for having such a great staff.

I want to thank David (Assistant Manager for Operations) for his excellent customer service skills. My wife and I purchased a bicycle for each of us at the store. He worked tirelessly with both of us to ensure our bikes were set up in accordance with our personal requirements. When we left the store our bikes were tuned and ready to ride. We both truly appreciate his hard work and attention to detail. In addition, the lady at the check out counter was all about ensuring we were taken care of in a most courteous manner. Overall an excellent shopping experience.

Nice clean store. Staff was very friendly. Will have to price check other places because they have the guaranteed lowest price but had to price match all 3 products i purchased because walmart amd academy were lower however price matching was no problem with my smartphone and got all 3 items in one stop. I almost didn't stop in due to their CEOs shenanigans but they had 1 product in stock that academy was sold out of so I did. Glad I did as well.

I was looking for some running shoes and I was not able to find my size. I was almost about to give up and go to another store, but then an employee (I wished I remembered his name) told me about ordering online. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. This place is huge for being a small store in the mall I was surprised. I didn’t checkout the rest of the store but when I walked in it looked great and nice. Definitely going to buy stuff from here now.

Been waiting on this store to open for the LONGEST! My wife and i were shopping looking for a new running shoe, When Mykael helped us find exactly what we were looking for! Never heard of a “Gait Analysis” and wasnt sure i needed it but it helped find the shoes we have today. To whom ever is reading this tell him we said “Thank You” Again.
