Haven't been in a JCPenney's in a long time. I have to say I was impressed.
Went to the fine jewelry dept. Immediate service, knowledgeable staff, honored the online price, packed it up nice for a gift, and I was on my way. That's the way it should be. The store looked good too.

They had their black Friday sale going on early. They have some great autumn sweaters and cute outfits for great prices. I love my new fits! This one was only about $30 total…awesome!

Actually was looking for ugly Christmas sweater, was not able to find any apparently I waited too late. Other than that the store is great

The staff were great. Helped find the perfect flat iron for my daughter's hair.

Love shopping at Penny's, need more cashier's so waiting to check out want be so long. It took approx 30 min to check out, almost as long as it took to shop

Great store! It's been a while but went here a couple days ago and they had what I was looking for and at a good price, everyone I spoke with was very friendly and very help full. I'm going to make sure that it's not so long to go back.

Crazy Black Friday, but not as bad as I expected. Good sales and they were staffed well. One salesperson pulled me from the back of one register line and took me (and others) to an available register. My old, tired legs thank you!

This Penneys store has a good variety of department store items. I am always pleasantly surprised by the choices I find here. I love to buy jewelry here as they offer what is, in my opinion, good prices on gold, as well as some beautiful costume pieces. And don't get me started on shoes! A great variety. I am a shoe "nut" too, especially sandals, whoop hoo! Thank you, JCPenney, for good values, good variety, and wonderful selection!

Jcpenny always have great deals and a very wide selection of clothes and shoes and much more and the clothes are literally forever lasting they won’t tear if your shirt get stuck in the door of your car they also have a wide selection for plus size women I’m not a plus size woman but for the beautiful plus size ladies I think that’s a really great spot to shop ❤ladies if y’all are going on a date please stop by

Excellent prices and nice quality merchandise!
Got three pairs of men's St. John's Bay cargo shorts, a canvas asymmetric hiking bag for 75 dollars! That's incredible. Last month, I needed a sheet set, curtains for three windows, and two bed pillows for visiting family, and got all of that for less than $125!
Not only that, but their service is very friendly.
UPDATE: 10/13/22 STILL AMAZING PRICES AND QUALITY. I GOT TWO NICE KING PILLOWS CHEAPER THAN WALMART! GREAT SALES!!

Sad to see the stores liquidating. Few staff doing it all with a good attitude. Who knows if these locations or even the whole show will only continue in memory. These are the retailers of national impact. They served the public good with low margins and kept the nation looking good. They were even a long standing #1 in towels. This location is neat, sanitized and relevant.

The only reason for the 5-star rating is Maria. We're from Corsicana, we had an exchange. It was a gift, so no receipt. The young girl at the customer service desk brushed us off quick. Couldn't do anything for us. It's an hour and 15 min drive!! Maria took over and problem solved. She was friendly and helpful during our visit.

Huge sale going on! I think almost everything in the store was marked off at least 20% most items were more! Looked mostly at ladies clothing. Every thing from beach wear to casual to office to after 5 and even formal evening wear were on. Sale. All spring and summer clothing. Great shopping time with friends.

It's JCPenny they had some great prices on clearance big and tall men's clothing. Not a lot of staff but the clerk ringing me up was nice and friendly.

JCPenney Waco, Texas was GREAT today! Sales fabulous (saved 50% overall) and selection topnotch. While other stores packed and long lines before Easter holiday, JCP lines not terrible and moved fast. Sales person's worked very quickly while being kind, friendly, and attentive to customer needs. Was in a better mood when I left. 😊 Great stop!

Ok so time to break the news... I can be pretty darn frugal so I normally don't shop here. However on tax free weekend and during sales I'm a big fan! They have the best men's dress shirts(and ties), sexy women's shoes(ready for date night!), and preteen girl clothes. My husband has a hard time finding dress shirts that fit his long arms without looking like a nightgown. Their shirts are fantastic! Also, I wear a wide shoe and most places don't carry a very good selection. I was thrilled to see all of the super cute shoes available in a wide. Looks like I'll never wear tall boots again though. Please note: Apparently if you have wide foot they think you must be big all over. So my athletic calves are much too small to fill in the tall boots. Heartbreaking really... I love tall boots so much. I just find it to be odd because I've always been called "healthy" growing up because I had thick thighs and calves. I'm far from being a stick but still nothing that fits my body type in that style of shoe. :'(
