Always on spot. We never have any issues at this McDonald's. It's the best in Waco. Thank you all for hard work and great service.

A newly renovated Micky with the automated order kiosk. It's fresh and clean and quick. The employees were decent and kind and the rest room was clean however the soda bar could have used a clean up. It's all good, they stay busy. They also have a separate kids area with the play place activity center.

I had a order mistake but they were quick to fix it and very nice!

This branch is by far the cleanest MC I’ve been, the play area is spacious, clean and staff are very polite.

Unfortunately McDonald's are notorious for very little customer service, no eye contact, no greetings, no personable service and overtly avoiding any semblance of eye contact for long periods of time leaving you standing at the counter waiting to be even remotely acknowledged. The online app to order ahead also doesn't help save time because they don't begin your order until your phone's location reflects that you have arrived...the idea of "fast food" simply doesn't work. Fries are always good and crispy though 😉

Drive thru and dine in experience has been both quick and pleasant

We technically have several locations closer to us, but this is a classic location with a really good play area and self serve drink station.

We explicitly come for those reasons, but in addition to that, they seem to do really well at rush times of getting food out, and it matching the expectation I have for McDonald's food quality.

A great fast food restaurant to go get the food was great the staff was very professional and friendly I would recommend this place to all my family and friends

I am blown away to be giving McDonald's a rating at all, much less great one. Have eaten there more in last two months than anytime in my entire life. Fries have always been known to be best and still are. Orders are consistently correct and surprisingly food is good...at least burgers and breakfast.

Good quick breakfast. Can't go wrong with a McMuffin. Be prepared to use the kiosk. No one will wait on you at the counter

Fast, clean, nice playing area for kids!

I usually have a more than difficult order. And most of the McDonalds restaurants that I go to mess it up without fail. This location manages to get it spot on no matter how busy they are. Best one in the Waco area hands down.

It's a good place to eat the only thing I have to be negative about it seems like there Ice cream machine is always broke down and I normally always go for a chocolate shake . But all around great service ..

Stopped by on my way to work, ordered ahead on the app. When Hannah comes out she explains that the frappe machine was being cleaned and itd be 15 minutes, BUT would I like a different coffee. I explained I only have had the frappe and I hate normal coffee... she says she doesn't drink them so she didn't know, you could see she was waiting for the mad customer in me to emerge. I looked at her smiled and told her " ok tell ya what, you just heard what I like. So go back in and you and your teammates surprise me". She asked if I was sure, yep I am.
Not but a few minutes later shes back smiling and giggling. She says we made you a macceato(sp) and I added extra carmel. Told her I appreciated it, she starts laughing and tells me that she had fun. That surprising me was so much fun.
Great way to start my day. Thank you Hannah and team, and BTW I LOVED the drink!!

Best experience at this location in a LONG time!!! I don't care for the two lane drive through, but everyone else is doing it so oh well, maybe someday people will understand how to alternate when merging.

I went through drive thur to order breakfast this morning and they were busy a little bit. The lady that greeted me was nice and sweet. The food was delicious.

Dine-in was much better than drive thru. Very attentive customer service. Food was good. Friendly staff.
