I visited Office Depot/Max on Bosque Blvd and had a very pleasant experience with the young man in the print department! He was attentive, listened to my needs, gave me options and time lines, followed through with what he said he could do for me. My project was time sensitive and he got it done ahead of schedule! I returned a week later for another print job, same experience with the young lady, very nice and attentive, completed ahead of schedule and called to let me know my print job was ready!

Aaron (sp?) at the store in the Marketplace was EXCEPTIONAL!! He took the time to help me & it didn't matter that I wasn't spending hundreds of dollars on copies. He just helped me get what I needed for my daughter's baby shower which turned out so cute! I will be coming back for my printing needs as well as any office supplies!

I love coming to this store for all my office needs. Everyone is always on point and so friendly every time I come in. Ceaser and all the crew in the copy and print center are always doing an amazing job and I love that every time I come in they are multitasking to get the job done Great Job guys!!!

I visit this store typically for print services, and occasionally for office supplies. The folks in the print department are phenomenal!! They are quick and professional, and very friendly. I enjoyed receiving print services from Miguel, and now they have a gentleman named Joshua that is also really great!! He was busy when I was there over the weekend, but he called when the print job was ready, helped me with some issues I had with printing and even showed me how to get an item to print in multiple. When I approached the manager to let her know how impressed I was, she was very enthusiastic about having him as an employee! Seriously, don't go anywhere else for your printing needs - these guys are awesome!!

I was greeted, left to think as I was shopping, given directions to find other things that I thought of--all the while, the Print-Copy dept, was printing my pictures!! I was very happy with my "could have" been a stressful experience!! I will always use them for my paper supplies, etc. Kudos to the Bosque store in Waco, Tx!!

I went to have some invitations printed out. I believe the guy who helped me was named Dustin. I ordered way too many on accident, but they were very accommodating and nice and let me change the amount and even refunded me. So so happy with my service here! Would most definitely recommend.

Office Depot has very friendly and helpful staff. The store is always very clean and organized. They always get us in and out in a timely manner. They go over and beyond making sure their customers are satisfied. Our last order was promised for pickup on Saturday by noon, but they called back that evening saying it was already ready for pickup. We really appreciate prompt service like that because it makes us feel important. Keep up the great work Office Depot!!!

Had a quick turn-around last minute print project for business. Emmara in the print department was friendly, efficient and took great care of the project and got it done even faster than she thought.

Very happy with the service I received at the store. I bought a laptop from the store and it failed 5 months after I bought it . They replaced it under warranty very quickly and transferred my files from the old to the new. Picked it up the next day and works great. Thanks

I went in yesterday to buy a printer & the manager that was working I forgot her name but she was awesome. She gave me details on the printer & was just a great help with everything. It feels good to go in a store where all the employees are knowledgeable and don’t just stand around not doing anything. I had originally went to Walmart and wasted $100.00 on a printer and no one helped me out at all. Never Again! From now on I’m going to OD on Bosque. Don’t make the same mistake I did. 😊

A service manager by the name of Bri was very helpful at this store. I stopped at the other location across town and the service was poor. Had to go to second store to get knowledgeable, satisfactory service.

Peggy Sunday was very helpful in assisting me with selecting the ink cartridge refills for my Epson printer. She greeted me with a smile and offered to assist as soon as I entered. She was very friendly, professional and courteous.
