Fun Town RV Waco

We bought an RV from Waco Fun Town after looking from Boerne to Dallas! Todd Sayers, and Michael Hartley were Awesome in helping us find the perfect couples coach for us. It was an Amazing experience buying our first RV. No matter where we looked we always came back to Waco Fun Town! I also want to give a Huge shout-out to Osiel Benitez who helped us with all the follow ups and questions we had. He is an Amazing sales rep that Fun Town is very lucky to have on their team! Also a shout- out to Yvonne who went over the RV with us. She is very knowledgeable! We bought our RV and it was ready for pickup the same day! We love our Cruiser RV Hitch! Thank You Fun Town!!

My experience with Fun Town RV Waco started with an online connection to Sales person, Tyler Witt, from my home in South Dakota. Tyler made many trips across the RV lot to provide more information, photos and video. He was able to quickly figure cost, feasibility and time required for several additional accessories I requested. Tyler was able to make a deal that was thousands, yes thousands of dollars less than any dealer or private seller in the US lower 48 states. With a price that low I fully expected a short "here are your keys and good luck" experience.

I was very satisfied with the thorough walk-through experience provided from Tyler's service guy, Victor.

Also, Eric Cuffee, from the finance Dept. was efficient and also quickly removed a fee that was not previously agreed to.

After getting such a great discounted price on my RV. I had not expected the professional top rate experience of picking up the unit. I have high respect for Sales person, Tyler Witt, and appreciate his connection to Victor and Eric.

Penguin is very knowledgeable about RVs. We were going to pick our camper up the following week, but they rushed through and let us take it home that evening. Great group of folks.

I highly recommend!! I came across Fun town in Waco after visiting several other dealers in the Waco area and their honesty and compassion for their customers is top notch. The sales rep sat me down and asked me what my needs were in a camper, my family size, etc. and then took my to look at campers that fit my criteria. All the units he showed me were low - middle market priced campers and it was clear that their priority is to sell you what you need, not the most expensive unit on the lot. Financing was a breeze, the entire team made you feel welcome without the typical salesman pressure. When it was time to talk numbers, i didn't feel pressured, they answered my questions and price compared a few campers for me. This is our first camper, definitely wont be out last, we our Fun town customers from here on out!!

My Wife and I bought a Sun set Trail 253 RB in January 2022. We took it out for the weekend and found some problems with it. Contact Service manager Andrew Gomez who took care of all the issues asap. He maintained contact with us on all phases of the rebuild of the closet and cabinet. Very happy with Fun Town staff and service. Let face it Service don’t get the credit they deserve. If you buy a RV From Fun Town they stand behind there products.

Absolutely the best experience we've ever had at an RV dealership! Knowledgeable staff and made the transition to our new camper painless. Was able to purchase on Thursday and pickup Friday to make our previously held reservation for camping Friday evening.

My wife and I have been considering getting a destination travel trailer for some time and decided to stop by Fun Town RV in Waco to look around. Sam Chung grabbed us up and began showing us their available units and as we were impressed it was just not exactly what we were looking for. We all got on the same page and Sam had a 5th wheel with a floor plan that transfered over to a park model. We saw it and the rest is history. We picked up our new home 2 days later. Funtown RV is by far the most competitive price in the market. I had an awesome experience with them. My agent Damian is the best! When he made us a video to show the rv (because we are too far) it impressed me. I told my husband we have to buy it from him. He is always available and answers any questions right away. We just picked up our new camper yesterday. We traded in our 3 year old Toy Hauler. I highly recommend this place! They are all so nice and awesome. Our sales person Crista Russell was absolutely wonderful. She always kept a line of communication and was honest and transparent the whole time. I feel like the whole place does a great job at trying to make you feel comfortable and welcome. Great job Fun Town RV Waco! I have referred some friends even.

Tyler witt is the guy to go see. Great guy Not pushy. Bought a very nice RV. He hooked us up with a good deal. He is the man to talk to 100% The whole place has very friendly staff.

If you’re needing a RV and are unsure go see Mandy!! She will take all the time and make you feel like you’re the only person she’s working with. She was amazing and after I contacted 7 different places some very close to where I live I drove 6 hours for her. Mandy is amazing! From before you start to after you finish!!

Really liked this place, but nice lot with tons of inventory and clean with some campers plugged in and all hooked up. Everything was unlocked with the price plainly listed. Nice service center area. Was slightly disappointed as i was looking for a smaller trailer and I felt like their best inventory was reserved for the bigger stuff but they still had a ton just not a lot of toy haulers which was my purpose. Would definitely buy from here and might soon. Great place I can’t say much for anything else as no salesman walked up to us or came out and didn’t go inside but 10/10 parking lot for trailer campers
