Katie ( she has glasses and was on the register dine in ) rung me up this morning she was SO nice and I had a complicated drink she did her best to give it to me in a way where not to over charge me or make it more difficult to make for the baristas. I am also sick and lost my voice she asked me if I wanted a water as well . Just the fact she noticed I could use it was nice and NOTICED. Keep her she’s an asset.

I’m not a fan of SB, but the staff at this particular one did absolutely fantastic, kind, and helpful. I come here because of them. Starbucks is terrible coffee.

The staff is very friendly and always having a smile and the lady that took my order has help and made sure that everything was done right. They always have the store clean and and make sure when someone leave that the tables are clean for the next costumer to sit and enjoy their time. They are amazing and always welcome people in!!!! 10/10(staff that was schedule FEB.28,2023 1:40pm-3:00pm honestly should get a raise!!! Especially Storm!)

This store has consistently improved over the last year and a half. The manager and staff are always friendly when I walk in, the quality is consistent, and the cafe is far cleaner than it used to be.

Special kudos to a partner named Troy who is always calm and helpful, regardless of the chaos in the morning!

Absolutely LOVE this Starbucks! I visit this location quite often and I have never had a bad experience!! There is a guy that works the window, his name is Jared, I believe?? He is amazing!! So, so freaking sweet. Literally my favorite person to talk to in the morning!! 11/10 !!

I love this location! I hate ordering at any other location. I use the app to order ahead and very rarely do I have to wait for it when I get there. The team there always welcomes me in and says thank you when I leave. And as someone in customer service it means far more than it sounds! They always get my drink right. They’re so courteous and always so kind! Thank you Starbies for making my mornings just a touch better ❤

Dude they handle so so much business and so many people and different demands. I honestly love standing in line just a bit just to watch them work. So diligent and joyful. An absolute delight.

Always fresh beverages made when you ordered. Although there was a line it was very quick. Love my Venti vanilla bean frappuccino with a double shot of blonde espresso

Was very impressed by the employee at the drive thru window. She made you feel like you were the most important customer there.

5 stars for Mason. Came by 7/14 for my birthday drink and he was so polite and upbeat. He wished me a happy birthday with such sincerity! My vanilla latte hit the spot and then I came back today 7/16 for the same drink and to my surprise Mason was at the window again, with the same cheerful smile.

Nice staff, my order was messed up and they didn’t hesitate to fix it. Staff also had great style - one had cool face paint and heart glasses and another had purple hair - nice to see a staff that’s able to be laid back and cheery.

I love this location, they are always accurate on their process and I've never had to wait long. They're mobile orders are organized and are always efficiently made. They're staff is always helpful and smiling. It's always clean and their bathrooms are exceptional in cleanliness. I had ordered a drink and want able to pick it up at the original time, they said "No problem, we can remake it for a different time". No judgement and no attitude. 5 stars all the way!

The people there were very nice. I enjoyed the drinks they made and absolutely loved them. Best part about it was that the environment in the store was a little small, but it made the whole thing feel more cozy and warm. I would definitely recommend this place to more people. You will definitely enjoy it. The drink are a little more on the expensive side, but they definitely taste good!

This is one of the most friendly Starbucks locations I've ever been to. And I've been to tons! They are always smiling, kind, &quick. 5 stars for this specific Starbucks everyday.
