Karl and the staff at Jim Turner were great. They fully understood my needs and presented different options. I am a Ford guy buying only Fords my entire life. This is my first Chevy and I am very excited. Good things are happening at Jim Turner Chevrolet. All the staff we met were friendly and you can tell they are a team all on the same page working together to meet customer needs. That stands out. I know they will take care of me and that is comforting especially since this will be my first experience with a Chevrolet.

They are quick to actor to the customers wants and supply the questions needed for the customer to decide what vehicle is right for them. My son just bought his first truck through them and is now teeing set to for his company purchases in the future. My job puts me in Jim in parts nearly 1x a week and I look forward to every trip over. Good people. You won’t be disappointed

Both Brady Gilstrap (my salesperson) and Blake Spitzer (sales manager) were extremely kind and courteous throughout my experience at Jim Turner. I never once felt like I was being “sold” on something, it was a genuinely pleasant experience. I’d highly recommend you stop by and see the both of them if you’re in the market for a new or used vehicle. My need came upon me unexpectedly, and they were able to have me in and out quickly, with no issues! We (myself and my children) genuinely felt like family while we were there! We all sat together and had a few good giggles! Brady even sat and took the time to talk about cars to my ten year old son. Definitely meant a lot to me!

With that being said, he thoroughly & patiently explained the features of each potential vehicle that I showed interest in. The process was straightforward and transparent. While it seems unthinkable to pay MSRP, that's just how it is in today's market. I appreciate the honest pricing without the hassle of unwanted packages, protections or market adjustments. Brady and James were excellent throughout the process while dealing with the lack of information and response from GM. Blake was great on the finance side of the deal, informative while not seeming pushy. Brady has definitely won you a long term customer. So glad I gave y'all a call. Update....
I have dealt with numerous dealers in the past where it seems Iike they kiss up to you to sell you the vehicle and then treat you like you are the biggest pain in their backside when you need your vehicle serviced, not so at Jim Turner.

So I needed to get the first service for my truck. Just a standard oil change and tire rotation. I submitted a scheduling request online on a Monday and was contacted about an hour later. When I asked how soon I could get it serviced (thinking it would be a week or two) they told me the soonest was that Wednesday. I wasn't able to make that day so I needed to check my schedule and said I'd call back.

When I called back later that day, they asked when I was looking to get the service performed, I told them as soon as possible as I was going out of town Friday, but I know it would take awhile. I was told they had a 230 appointment the next day.

Went in for the service and was done in about an hour and fifteen minutes and the truck was washed.

I feel like this is some kind of dream to find a dealership this responsive and customer service oriented.

I cannot express how pleased I've been with Jim Turner Chevrolet and the friendliness of the staff there.

Keep up the good work. I've found my dealership for sure!!
